So now I have all this cooking wine from the Pomeian deal and I was wondering what to do with it. I hopped back onto the Pomeian website and started looking around. They have a great section of recipes and you can choose whatever ingredient you are working with such as the Burgandy Cooking Wine I purchased yesterday at ShopRite. The Pork Tenderloin w/ Cranberries, Shallots & Apples sounds delicious.
One of my readers, Marilyn, emailed me with the same question….what do I do with all this cooking wine. She mentioned that she thought she would use it in her crockpot recipes. Brilliant idea. I might try that as well.
