What’s For Dinner?

I missed my menu planning last week and I felt so out of sorts all week. And what happened, I dug into my restaurant money and ate out. So I’m back to planning.

Remember my menu planning is a flexible menu.
Having a list of meals I know I have available to choose from keeps me flexible but focused at the same time.
Everything we are preparing for the week may not necessarily be something that I bought this week. I have had quite a stockpile in my pantry and freezers and I’m stocking back up again.
Here is our flexible dinner menu:

  • Chicken Cacciatore over penne
  • Breaded Tilapia with Rice Pilaf & veggies
  • Roast Chicken on the Grill
  • Homemade pizza
  • Breakfast for dinner
  • My family’s favorite Skillet Ground Turkey over rice
  • Going to a BBQ for the Football Team
