My Super Savings Shopping Trip

Besides my Walgreens shopping trip, I did my regular shopping. Last week I had finished off spending about $55.00 after the week was over. I had started out great gut I made a run to Costco to pick up some fruit, milk and I walked out spending $39.00. Here is how this week went.

At ShopRite I did 2 transaction rolling the Herbal Essence. I could have done more but I got lazy. I knew I could get some of these items at these great prices at different stores.
Here I spent $9.30 but I have a $3.00 catalina to spend next week making my cost only $6.30.

Next I went to Acme where I took advantage of the Kellogg’s/Keebler deal. A lot of junk food that my son like for only $2.90. That should keep him happy for quite a while. I am also going to submit this for the calendar rebate to get $10.00. So really this is a profit of $7.10

Love Acme.

This is just a typical Costco run but I just wanted to show you where I spent $44.40

And lastly onto Pathmark. I was able to pick up some Managers Special meat. The chickens were already only $1.99/lb with a $2.00 coupon making them about $1.44/lb. The roast even was $2.00 off. Here I spent $18.89

So all together I spent $75.19. I am still under my $75 budget since I had $20.00 leftover from last week that I never spent.
It was a pretty good week since I did get a lot of meat yet did not go over budget.
I have 3 lbs. Tilapia, 7 1/2 lbs of chicken, a 7 lb. roasting chicken and over 3 lbs of ground beef. That is enough for 8 meals. Pretty good deal.
