McNeil Consumer Healthcare and FDA notified consumers of a nationwide recall of certain Tylenol products as a precautionary measure because of potential manufacturing problems. The company initiated a recall of certain oral suspension products distributed between March 2008 and May 2008 due to the potential of bacteria in raw materials used to manufacture the finished product. There are no illnesses reported by patients using this product. The full list of recalled product lots can be accessed here on the company’s website.

At ShopRite I did 2 transaction rolling the Herbal Essence. I could have done more but I got lazy. I knew I could get some of these items at these great prices at different stores.
Here I spent $9.30 but I have a $3.00 catalina to spend next week making my cost only $6.30.

Next I went to Acme where I took advantage of the Kellogg’s/Keebler deal. A lot of junk food that my son like for only $2.90. That should keep him happy for quite a while. I am also going to submit this for the calendar rebate to get $10.00. So really this is a profit of $7.10

This week at Walgreens there are so many great deals going on it can get a bit overwhelming. Especially if you are new to rolling deals at Walgreens and taking advantage of their Register Rewards. Even for us experienced Walgreens shoppers it was a bit overwhelming.

I should have received a $3.00 Register Reward from the Oral B (Proctor & Gamble) but it did not print and I didn’t notice it until I got home.

The bottom line is I paid $1.18 for all of this when you figure the Register Rewards I started with, the amount I paid OOP and the Register Rewards I finished with. It really should have been a profit of $1.82 if I had received the Oral B like I was suppose to.
