New YoPlus Light Review & Giveaway!

by Cindy on October 12, 2009

I was recently given the opportunity by MyBlogSpark and Yoplait to try their YoPlus light.

Here are facts about YoPlus Light.
They are only 70 calories & contain a special blend of probiotic cultures, 3 grams of natural dietary fiber and come in 3 great flavors:

  • Honey Vanilla
  • Strawberry Banana
  • Key Lime Pie

Quite honestly I like the light better than the regular. And I love the Honey Vanilla. Yum!

Currently, YoPlus is participating in the Save Lids to Save Lives campaign.

For a limited time you will find 4 pink lids in every YoPlus or YoPlus light package. For every pink lid you turn in by December 31, 2009, Yoplait will donate $.10 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $1.5 million.

You can go here to print a $1/1 coupon for any YoPlus or YoPlus Light product.

Onto the good stuff:

Thanks to MyBlogSpark and Yoplait I have a great giveway for 1 winner.

It’s called their “Get Healthy” gift pack that includes a stylish sports bag, sports towel, ear buds and two free coupons* for any flavor of the new YoPlus Light yogurt.

The giveaway will end at midnight on Saturday, 10/17. Here is how you can win. You can do 1 or you could do all. The more you do the better your chances. Good luck.

I go to the gym a few times a week or walk at the park if it's nice out. But, the most fun thing I do is Wii Fit. It's fun and healthy. Perfect!

I try to borrow my son's dog often, as she's very high energy and won't settle down for the night until she's exhausted. I also do the usual things, like more stairs and parking further than needed from where I'm headed.

I have recently become a foster mom for a rottie rescue and have been walking the dogs now almost everyday, twice a day. It's really helping and I am really starting to feel better!

Are you taking a daily multivitamin? I started taking one every day, along with flax seed oil, and I haven't been sick all winter. Those little tablets don't look like much, but it seems to have made a big difference.

Studies have shown that adding green tea to your daily diet provides several health benefits to include the metabolizing of fat, ease of digestion, and is a good source of flavonoids.

I have IBS and I have found that a yogurt a day helps keep your belly okay. Alright that was a little cheesy, but 1 yogurt everyday really has helped keep all the ugly IBS symptoms to a real minimum. Yoplait is my favorite brand of all them out there and they are members of the LiveActive Cultureswhich is extra gut protection.

to stay healthy my husband and I have set a goal to walk 1200 miles, or 100 miles a month by the end of the year. We also have begun working out at the gym 5 days a week. Besides being good for our physical health, it has given us a new bond of encouraging one another and spending time together every day. So it is a good thing all around. Plus we have totally changed our eating habits from two years ago Made a complete lifestyle change. ckchalker@yahoo.com
