New YoPlus Light Review & Giveaway!

I was recently given the opportunity by MyBlogSpark and Yoplait to try their YoPlus light.

Here are facts about YoPlus Light.

    Are you taking a daily multivitamin? I started taking one every day, along with flax seed oil, and I haven't been sick all winter. Those little tablets don't look like much, but it seems to have made a big difference.

    I have IBS and I have found that a yogurt a day helps keep your belly okay. Alright that was a little cheesy, but 1 yogurt everyday really has helped keep all the ugly IBS symptoms to a real minimum.     to stay healthy my husband and I have set a goal to walk 1200 miles, or 100 miles a month by the end of the year. We also have begun working out at the gym 5 days a week. Besides being good for our physical health, it has given us a new bond of encouraging one another and spending time together every day. So it is a good thing all around.
