My local paper had a $5 off $40 coupon for Stop N Shop. You may want to look in a local paper for one.

@Laurie, Hey Laurie, I don’t have a Stop & Shop close to me so I don’t get it but thank you so much. I will add it to the match ups!

I LOVE that you are doing Stop and Shop! The stores I shop most at are Shop Rite and Stop and Shop so I just wanted to say thanks! 🙂 I’m sure I exponentially increase your “hits.”

@Dana, Hey Dana, You are very welcome. If you have any tips or hints at shopping Stop & Shop please let us know. Since there isn’t one by me I don’t get there. Maybe things like coupon books that might be in the store. Somebody mentioned a coupon in the paper. Things like that would be a great help. Thanks for letting me know!! And I appreciate the “hits”!! Without those there would be no LRWC 🙂

They did have a couple book in the store as of about 1 -2 weeks ago when I stopped in. it’s call the “Meal Makers Savings Book” and it includes about $15 worth of coupons that expire Feb 18, 2010. I quickly glanced through the circular and coupon book but I didn’t see any match-ups. I’ll post if I do! The one thing I really like about Stop & Shop is their A+ Bonus Bucks for schools: http://www.stopandshop.com/our_stores/bonus_bucks/index.htm. Any school can register and then you simply register your store card number online for that school (and get any family members to do the same). When you use your card to purchase certain items each week (designated with the “Bonus Bucks” symbol), Stop & Shop will make a donation to the school. Every little bit helps for education!

@Dana, Thanks awesome. Thank you for the info. I will add that to my post for next week. Thanks a bunch!!

I went to Stop and Shop tonight and they had All laundry detergent (concentrated) 32 loads on sale/discontinued price for $3.68. I used a $2 off manufacturer coupon and a $1 off Catalina (use on any laundry purchase) and it cost .68 cents!
