Weight Loss Results For Week 3: Lost 9 lbs!

I am so excited to share my weight loss results.  I hope you guys have been sticking to it as well.

After 3 weeks I have lost 9 lbs!  Whoot!  I am so, so happy.  I feel great and I’m hardly ever hungry any more.  Many years ago I had done Weight Watchers and been successful then but I forgot how easy it was until now.  I will admit, the first week was hard.  I was hungry and cranky and trying to get used to the points system.  But after a week I was on a roll.  I feel so much better and I have a new wardrobe from all the clothes that were in my closet that didn’t fit.  Honestly, I eat just about anything as long as  I stay within my points.  Yesterday I had 2 slices of peppers and onions pizza and it was so yummy!  I had points leftover from the week so I splurged.

I have taken the advice of others and make sure I drink a lot and eat a lot of protein.  That really does help.  The next thing on my list is to get exercising.  I am lacking in that category.

    I didn’t do as well this week as I have been but still lost 1 1/2 pounds bringing my total for 4 weeks to 11 1/2. My husband and I treated ourselves to Harris Tetter crab legs on Sunday and I think the salt did a number on my water retention since I gained a pound between Sunday and Monday. I’m looking forward to seeing what the scale shows tomorrow. You, Cindy are doing great with 3 pounds per week. I only wish it would come off as easily as it goes on.
