Garnier Fructis Only $.17 Each At Walgreens Today Only

by Cindy on February 12, 2010

My blogger friend Jerri had the Garnier deal up for this week at Walgreens where you buy $20 and get a $10 Register Reward. But as of today, we have more coupons available plus the 15% off Friends & Family that you can use to score an even better deal.   This deal will only work for today as the Friends & Family coupon is a one day coupon.  Here is how you can work this deal out.

Buy 6 Garnier Fructis Shampoo, Conditioner or Styler $20
-15% friends & family coupon (good today only)
-(6)$1/1 Garnier Printable Coupon &  use coupons from the 2/7 RP
Pay: $11.00
Get a $10 Register Reward
Final Price: $.17 each wyb 6

Note: Coupon are at zip code: 44301.  Also, if you are planning on paying for this deal with a register reward you will need to add filler items because Walgreens registers beep if you exceed the number of manufacturer coupons per items.  You are buying 6 items and using 6 coupons.  Register Rewards are considered manufacturere coupons so you will need to add a small filler item like a $.20 pencil or even buy the 3Musketeers

With this deal if I use Walgreens 15% off Friends & Family Day 2/12
system is not printing $10 register reward for fructis.

It’s because you have to buy $20 after the 15% off is taken. So you would need to buy 7 for the deal to work.

I tried with 7 too, but it didn’t print.

@Neha, That is interesting. I did it today and it worked fine. The 15% off came at the end like a coupon deduction

the cashier saw my coupon in the beginning of the transaction and everything she rang up rang at 15% off.

@Amanda, Interesting. For me they deducted 15% off the end like a coupon which is why it did not affect my total purchase price. I will have to keep that in mind for future postings as something that may happen. Thanks! It’s good to know all the experiences people have.
