Help! I bought all the Pepsi products yesterday (2/6/10) and I just went to print the form out and it’s gone!! If anyone has the 2 pages for NJ, I would sure be very grateful if you could scan them and email them to me.

Betty, I found a HTML version of the form on Google. Just google “coors pepsi rebate form” . The first entry that comes up is the form. Click where it says “View as HTML”. Hope this helps!
