Menu Planning Monday – 2/1

What are we planning for dinner this week. I’ll have to ask my chef. Right, I don’t have one. So I guess it’s up to me to decide.

Here is our plan for this week.

  • Leftover Pork Roast & Roasted Potatoes
  • Panko Breaded Chicken w/ Noodles & Veggies
  • Chicken Stir Fry over Rice
  • BBQ Pork Chops w/ Beans & Salad
  • Homemade Pizza
  • Eat Out!
  • SuperBowl Munchies & Chili

    I haven’t planned all of this week yet but I do know tonight we are going to make homemade french bread pizza. Since I have so much pancake mix right now I might also do breakfast for dinner one night this week. For superbowl we were talking about making bbq cheeseburgers with either bacon or pork roll.

    Just wanted to say that we tried the Fiber One Pancake mix tonight and it was pretty darn good. My husband was the only one who really could tell the difference between regular pancakes and this but even he said it was still good. My 11 year old 2 year old gobbled them up. Very WW friendly also. For 3 decent sized pancakes there is 5g Fiber, 3.5g of fat, 6g Protein, and only 190 calories. Top it with fruit or sugar free syrup and you have perfect meal.
