Well my shopping trip was not what I expected due to me not feeling well so I really didn’t get that much. Thank goodness my stockpiles are back up because, ya know what, it doesn’t even matter. We have enough to feed us for a while. Oh, except, I have no ketchup. Yeap, ketchup of all things. I was informed that today. I said, you have to be mistaken, we have lots of ketchup. But, no…it was BBQ sauce I saw on the shelf. Note to self: Organize the shelves a little better.
Here is our plan for this week.
- Applebee’s Honey Grilled Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Veggies
- Pasta with meatballs and homemade sauce (frozen)
- London Broil, Sweet Potato Fries, salad
- Chicken with Panko Breading, Noodles, Veggies
- Homemade Pizza
- Leftovers or Soup & Sandwich
- Eat Out
What are you cooking this week? Any great recipes to share?

Especially this week with Wishbone Salad Dressing being FREE at Shoprite. I’ve gotten into the habit of making pasta with a salad dressing and then adding a meat and veggie on the side. Tomato Pasta Sauce is great but it can get repetitive. You can change up the salad dressing, Ceasar, Italian or any of the viniagrettes are yummy. The viniagrettes are my favorite!
@Esmeralda, sounds yummy. am i missing something with the free Wish Bone. Which coupons are you using? The only ones I found were for 16 oz bottles and the sale size is 8 oz. Thanks a bunch.
I got a whole tilapia from shop rite for 1.99 on friday(there was a store coupon for it at my CS desk). Today, we’re gonna have whole roasted tilapia with rice pilaf and green bean almondine. Yum!
Our dessert for the week is salted caramel brownies….slurp lol.
