Okay, so this is the hard part about putting my weight loss up on this site. When I don’t do well you all have to know about it.
And, I didn’t do well. I wasn’t following my points online and I wasn’t even keeping track of my points in my head. I don’t know why. Maybe I got lazy, maybe I thought I was doing so well I could give myself a break. I don’t know. But I didn’t. And, I gained 1 lb. Ugh!!
So, starting tomorrow, cause today I ate too many potatoes with my dinner, I’m following my points again. I’ve learned my lesson. Now I know why Weight Watchers uses that point system. It really does work. So, I’m starting the week having lost 8 lbs and I’m back to counting my points. And exercising!
I hope you guys did better then me. I need motivation!

I had a really tough week too but I did manage to lose 1 more pound. Why is it that it goes on so fast but takes forever to lose? Anyway, down 12.5 lbs now but that took 5 weeks and I have rarely cheated. Keep waiting for the day I wake up to a 5 lb loss!! Here’s hoping we both have a better week this time.
