@Claire, Hi Claire, I don’t believe that Shoprite is doing that catalina and it does not appear to be a national so it may be specific to Safewy/Genuardi’s. Still a good deal without although I think we are all piled high with Scrubbing Bubbles from the last one

FYI be on the lookout for up to $1.50 free milk on Pepperidge Farm Chunk Cookies when you buy 2. I saw these at Acme, but I’m sure they could be on the ones on Sale at Shoprite.

Just did the Kimberly Clark Catalina at SR today and it is working on Shelf prices!! I got 3 PUll Ups and 2 Little swimmers, used a coupon for each, paid $34 OOP and got the $10 catalina!

this weeks paper has a bogo on the ziplock bags. this coupon combined with the .40 off (mine were .40 in my paper … must be regional as your coupon is listed at .55) makes .50 each for me.
went to shoprite today and my total was $67.73 this was after $62.00 in coupons were taken off. This is absolutely amazing!!! i did a stockpile shoppping today. I have a family of 6 and this is basically a 50% savings. i purchased 66 items thus I averaged $1.oo per item. I am still a rookie with a lot to learn,but I am determined!!! Thanks again for such a great site!!!!

@ronni, Wow thats great. Yes sometimes the coupons are regional. I try to list them all but there are so many it becomes impossible. Just a question because I didn’t want to post the BOGO with the other coupons for fear of them beeping. Ya never know with ShopRite and BOGOs. When you used a BOGO and the $0.40/1 for the 2 ziplocs did they beep?

I just got back from doing some late shopping and came out with 18 free cans of Mighty Dog! In the 3/28 Smartsource insert, there was a $3 off 5 cans, as well as a coupon for a free can. This week, they have the cans on sale 5 for $3.

Hi, I haven’t seen this posted anywhere yet, but in my SR flyer Pillsbury Grands Biscuits are .99 each limit 4 per variety. When I was shopping last week I recieved a printout that stated between 3-22 & 4-18 save up to $4 when you buy Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescents, cookies, sweet rolls, Grands Biscuits, Grands Cinnamon rolls, Pie crusts, Dinner rolls, loaves, breadsticks or pizza crust.

So if you bought 6 and got $4 off your next purchase that would be like .33 each, any coupons would just make it better.

Last week, I bought 2 Tropicana OJs and tried to use a $1 off coupon on the first and a BOGO coupon on the second. The cashier and CS rep said I cannot use a coupon to get a discount on the first item if the second is BOGO – so I must pay full price for the first item to get the second one free. Is this true in your experience as well, or should I ask to talk to the mgr this week, when I try again for all that Trop OJ on sale with my coupons… Thanks!
@Terri, Hey Terri, technically you can use a BOGO coupon with a $$ off coupon. The BOGO attaches to the one item and the $$ off attaches to the other item. But it is a YMMV situation which means that each store/manager can decide to accept both or not.
If I was you and you had time, I would ask the manager. They may or may not allow it but it doesn’t hurt to ask.
@Cindy, Thanks for explaining. I thought I had done that before either at Shoprite or at other stores. So, maybe I will check with the mgr to be sure of their policy.
Yesterday when I bought 2 Trop50 and tried to use BOGO and $1 off, the $1 didn’t went through. The cashier used BOGO first and then $1, but $1 said no matching sales found. He said since there is BOGO coupon, the $1 coupon won’t work unless you buy one more. Then he asked other cashier and override to take $1 off coupon. I think BOGO are always attached to two items in most cases and whenever I have used coupon for BOGO , the cashier must have overridden to take the coupon.

I was at SR today and bought 8 ziplocs and I recieved 2 catalinas for $2.00 off. I was not able to use both the BOGO and the cents off coupons together though.
Is the Catalina printing only on the Ziploc bags or the containers too?

I didn’t take a coupon for Pillsbury Grands, but found a “75 cents off 3″ in-store coupon. I bought four, so I paid about $3.25 and came home with a $2.00 Catalina. I guess it would have been a better deal if I’d bought six and used two coupons, but we don’t use that many biscuits. If the sweet rolls were included in the deal, I would have done it in a heartbeat.
I just got a delivery today of 10 BOGO free coupons for the ziplocs. A surprise of 8 land o lakes butter coupons for .75 cents off one came with it. Does anyone know of anywhere Land O Lakes butter is on sale this week or next???? I love my ebay coupon clipper! LoL!
