I had a bizarre thing happen at my S&S last night. I was using 3 Chobani (B2G1F) coupons from the Internet. The lady at the register scanned the coupon but I guess she wasn’t able to put in the amount so the evening Supv. came over and told me they are no longer accepting Internet coupons. I asked if this was a new policy (the daytime Head Mgr had told me about 6 wks ago that they do but that they did not have a ‘printed’ coupon policy…no response from headquarters when I contacted them for one either!). I explained that just last week I used 4 internet $1 coupons with their very own in-flyer “double on $1″ and that I never have a problem using them when I come during the day. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if it was just a fluke this one time since I was there at night. (Oh, PS, they ultimately gave me the 3 coupons …just this time….).

If they have a “no internet coupon policy” it is a change…I have a printed copy of their coupon policy which I carry with me…it states that they do accept internet coupons, but that they reserve the right to refuse a coupon if they believe it to be fraudulent. Send customer service an e-mail, and see what they say. Print out whatever their response is to have with you in case you need it.
@Patti, Well that would be news to me as well especially since I just used one there yesterday. Another case of them making rules as the go. Drives me nuts.
