Of course, I thought, hmm, I’m not a big frozen pizza girl. We are very picky about where we get our pizza from. And, if you don’t live in the NY/NJ area, you honestly have never had the absolute best pizza. Seriously, I kid you not. Pizza around here is the best. So, it’s hard for a Jersey girl to eat frozen pizza. So, I thought, let’s see how this goes.
Well, I come to find out that Freschetta has thin crust pizza which happens to be my favorite. So, I took my 2 coupons for Free Freschetta FlatBread and picked up a Roasted Garlic and Spinach as well as the 5-Cheese.
They cooked up super fast (only 8 minutes) and, I swear, they really were delicious. I hid the box and just put them out to see what my son would say. Now, although I don’t usually like frozen pizza, he is a frozen pizza expert. His first question was, “did you make this” and when I said no it never crossed his mind that is was frozen and quite honestly, I don’t think he cared. He ate 1 whole pie by himself.

My favorite is just plain pizza, but if I have to add a topping (husband loves them) then I would pick black olives, green peppers, and sausage!

just had good ole jersey pizza tonight from franks trattoria!! my daughter had a friend over so with 6 of us had to buy 2. i like pepperoni…but just tried a slice of ricotta and spinach a couple of weeks ago and it was very good, but filling.

I LOVE fresh tomato slices on my pizza. Even when I’m making a frozen pizza, about 5 minutes before it will be done, and I add fresh slices! SO yummy!
