Menu Plan Tuesday – 6/1

Okay so I know it’s Tuesday but I certainly wasn’t going to be planning a menu yesterday.  I was too busy shopping.  But, now that I have a ton of meat in my freezer, this menu is super easy to plan for the rest of the week.

Here is a tip that we do with the twin packs of London Broil that are always on sale.  We did it once again over the weekend.  We cook both of the steaks at one time on the grill.  We only eat 1 whole steak at a time. Then we use the second, already cooked steak, to make a second meal on another day.  Like Beef stir fry or this weekend we sliced it super thin, heated it up in a pan, cooked up some onions & peppers, melted some of that Free cheese from ShopRite and had awesome Philly Cheese steak sandwiches in an instant.

    Oh that pierogie and sausage recipe sounds delicious! I have way too much of that chicken sausage now from the ShopRite sale and bags of pierogies that need to be used!
