Anyone have suggestions on how to prepare the London Broil? I eat very little red meat but it was on sale at SR this week so I splurged but haven’t ever prepared it. (Don’t laugh!) TIA.

went to pod once last year – my daughter is at Upenn. We loved it. Do they always have all you can eat sushi on Tuesdays?
I marinate it in a ziploc bag with italian dressing (wishbone) and a splash of soy sauce for 4 hrs. BBQ – comes out so tender!!!
I was in the mood for shrimp, namely because they were also on sale at Publix this week! So here’s what I whipped up and grilled for dinner tonight:
1/2 lbs shrimp
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (use whatever you have)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lime Juice (or lemon if that’s what you have)
1 Clove Garlic – Pressed through a garlic press
Salt and Pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and toss in the shrimp. Barbecue on medium hot coals for about 5 minutes.
