by Cindy on July 5, 2010

Okay, this is a corrected post.  It appears that the Target Printable for $1.50/3 is no longer available and the Special K is running at $2.75 each even if you buy 3.  So here is a deal you can score right now.

Buy 3 Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes Cereals $2.66 each (must buy 3)
Buy 3 Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Cereal $2.66 each (must buy 3)

-(1)$1/2 Kellogg’s Cereal printable
-(3)-$4.29 (this is the amount being deducted) Free Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Cereal wyb 1 Kellogg’s Cereal Target Printable
$0.35 each after coupons

@Vero, It’s just the Target site. It happened to me yesterday and it corrected itself. You can try again in a bit.

@Vero, I can’t seem to print that coupon either. It still lets me print other coupons though. Bummer…

cindy, just a few questions- ( i don’t even know if i have some of these coupons or not, cause I used alot of them already on another deal)
but if you bought 4 cereals at 2.75 , wouldn’t one be free? and then couldn’t you use 2 $1 off 2 kelloggs coupons? and 4 free fiber target coupons.
also there was a target hasbro coupon for $5 off a toystory toy when you bought 5 kelloggs cereals, i think that could be combined with this offer too.
i will let you know what coupons i still have left and what i plan to try, but i look forward to your answer to my question…
love your blog.

@steph, Yes, you can do that. I have written this post 100 different ways since 9:00 this morning trying to use every coupon combo but it was just getting to confusing. There were so many things you could do. So, I went with the simplest combo hoping that it would at least spark someone to look through their coupons and come with a their own personal combination, which you did. :) Also, if you have the $1.50/3 Target Printable that is not available anymore you can use 1 of those as well.

Cindy July 10, 2010 at 10:31 am

@lulu, I was able to print 2 per computer. I have 2 computers in my house.

also, i am trying to figure out a good olay deal for cvs this week…do you know if there is a rebate available?

Cindy July 5, 2010 at 1:20 pm

@steph, The Olay rebate is over. Here is a deal you might want to try or that gets you thinking:
Buy 1 Olay Regenerist or Total Effects Facial Care $18.99
Buy 1 Olay Wet Cloths or Cleansers $6.99
-(1) $3/1 Coupon from the 7/4 P&G
-(1) $1/1 Coupon from the 6/6 or 7/4 Proctor & Gamble insert
$5.99 each after coupon

I just did this, but got a much better deal. I bought 3 Frosted Flakes, 3 Fiber Plus. Used 2 MQ of 1.50 of 3, then 3 Target Free Kelloggs Fiber when you buy…

My grand total….

0.09 for all 6 boxes. Only thing better than that is when they pay you, which is rare for ceral in my area.

@Silvi, Excellent. I wasn’t sure how if the manufacturer coupons will work against the free. Or actually, I wasn’t sure if the free coupon would come off if a manufacturer coupons was attached to it. Thanks for sharing. :)

@Silvi, Oops, that was me commenting. somehow I must have logged out and didn’t realize.

I gave the Target Coupons last, not sure if that matters. First MQ, then TQ. I don’t know how long this glitch will last. I may try it again later.

Silvia July 5, 2010 at 4:53 pm

For those of you who are trying to print the Fiber TQ and keep getting the ooops error server thing. Print it with another coupon. That works fine. I did this and then deleted the second coupon before it printed on my printed. Even if you can’t do that at least you will get the coupon before it dies out.

ok, just went thru my coupons and i want to try this- let me know your thoughts-

ok, so assuming that special k is the same price as the cereal price you quoted.
i would buy 3 special k
3 fiber one
and then use
1 mq $1 off any 2 packages of kelloggs cereal
1 mq $1.50 off any 2 (i already used my other copies of these, if you can get 2 of these then use 2 of these instead of the one i listed above)
1 tq 1.50 off wyb 3 special k (i think i should be able to use this, cause the other tq are for the free fiber plus)
3 tq free fiber plus
plus i am going to use my $5 off hasbro toy tq when you buy 5 kelloggs cereals

so what do you think? hopefully i will go to my nice checkout guy. i had a horrible experience at target last time, when i didn’t get to go to him.

i don’t know when i will make it there. maybe not til wed. but i will let you know how it goes. seriously though, if anyone has any opinions, like if i am going to set off the target coupon police-please let me know. there is a manager at my target who really stresses me out.

Cindy July 5, 2010 at 6:23 pm

@steph, Good but the only difference is the Special K are $2.75 not part of the 3/$8. So your deal would be:
Buy 3 Special K $2.75 each
Buy 3 Fiber Plus $2.66 each
Buy 1 Toy Story toy ?
-$1/2 kellogg’s manufacturer coupon
-$1.50/2 Kellogg’s manufacturer coupon
-$1.50/3 Target Printable (for special K)
-(3)Free fiber plus (4.39 each will be deducted)
-$5.00 off toy story toy
-money maker of $2.94 for the cereal. Can use towards the purchase of the Toy Story toy.

Silva above was able to use the manufacturer coupons on the free products and handed over the manufacturer coupons and then the target coupons. Let us know how it goes.

thanks! i will let you know how it goes! why is the fiber q deducting 4.29? is that the retail price? do you think they will catch this at some point and change it?

@steph, I’m not sure. I did a variation of this deal and $4.29 came off when they scanned the free coupon.

I did this deal tonight and it worked out really well. When I noticed that the Special K were buy 4 get one free, I had to scramble some to reconfigure. This is what I ended up doing. I bought 5 Special K @ 2.75 (the fifth one was free), and I got 5 free Fiber One cereals by using 5 of the Target coupons. It also took $4.29 off for each one when technically I only paid $2.66 each for 4 of them and nothing for the fifth. I also used 2 $1.50 off 3 Kellogg’s MQ and 2 $1.00 off 2 Kellogg’s coupons. In addition, I used 1 $1.50 off 3 Special K cereals Target coupon.
I used a bunch of other coupons and got 4 John Freida, 2 Air Wick Freshmatic starters, 1 Scrubbing Bubbles Power Sprayer, 1 gallon of milk, and 2 Nabisco cookies (with the Facebook cookies and milk promo coupon from today). My total ended up being $4.34! I like this deal. It came together really quick and worked out well for me. Thanks so much and thanks for the helpful tip on printing the Fiber One coupon with another coupon. I never thought I would figure it out.

I went to target this morning- they are deducting 4.29 for the fiber cereal! Also, pepperidge farm sandwich rounds are still on sale for 1.99 and there is a $1.00 off each coupon at target.com

Hi, I was wondering if anyone is having trouble printing the target coupons?? All of a sudden they wont print for me…I sucessfully install the coupon activator and click ok and nothing happens whereas before i was printing them no problem.I just dont understand why they wont print for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Trisha July 7, 2010 at 11:20 am

@Gina, Is it just the cereal coupon that you are having trouble with because Silivia pointed out that you might have to check off another coupon with the BOGO cereal coupon in order to get it to print? That is what I had to do. It was really frustrating for me until she kindly pointed that out. Thanks Silvia!

ok, here is what i did-unfortunately i did not have the $1 off granola coupon otherwise i would have saved another $1. oh well. i don’t think i did bad
3 boxes of special k at 2.75 each=8.25
3 boxes of fiber plus=8
minus-3 free fiber plus tq- (4.29×3=12.87)
minus-1 1.50 wyb 3 special k tq (1.50)
minus-1 1.50 wyb 3 kelloggs mq (1.50)
minus-1 1.00 wyb 2 kelloggs mq (1.00)
total— 62 cent mm
if i had the granola q i would have made 1.62 ….anyway, still not a bad deal.
thanks for the alerts on this one.
