I’m happy that I am stocking back up on meat & fish. It makes meal planning so much easier. Daughter #1 will be coming home this weekend so I’ve been planning for extra food to be eaten and taken away again as my kids like to go food shopping in my pantry. Here is what we have planned for the week:
- Flank Steak, Corn on the Cob, Grilled Zucchini & Onions
- Chicken Stirfry over rice (need to use up some green peppers I found in the frig)
- Chicken Franks, Beans, Salad
- Grilled Chicken, Pasta Salad, Broccoli
- London Broil, Noodles, Broccoli
- Eat out!
- Yankee Game & maybe burgers after – not sure yet.
What are you cooking this week? Any great recipes to share?

Cindy…
How do you cook the flank steak? Other than putting in the corckpot with taco seasoning (delicious, BTW), I have no idea what to do with it. LOL
Oh my gosh, flank steak is our favorite. I usually use the McCormick Seasoning pack (mesquite) but I was out of them. So, we used the McCormicks Rub with a little olive oil in a bag. Smushed it (is that a cooking term
)around the steak and grilled it. Yum!
YES! I can’t wait for the flank steak on Friday! =)
Ha, dad and I ate the Flank steak tonight. We are having London Broil on Friday.
still one of my favorites!!!
I always use my flank steak for a copycat recipe I have for P.F. Changs Mongolian beef. Let me know if you would like the recipe.( My Hubby likes mine better than Changs!!)
Oh yes, do share
I’m a week behind but today I made that pork tenderloin in the slow cooker that you posted the recipe for last week. YUM!! Tx for sharing.
