Farmers Market

What do you do when you are going in a million directions at one time and you have not a second to clip a coupon? Head to the Farmers Market of course. No coupons required.

For 3 days I have been at a blogging conference in NYC. It was a great experience and my legs and feet were killing me. But I met a lot of great people and I’m hoping that I can take away things from the conference that will improve the site for you guys.

I also spend a good part of yesterday getting ready for the great Back To School Giveaway Bonzana, which if you haven’t noticed, started out with a whopper of a giveaway. A Dell Laptop. So, if you haven’t entered, be sure to do so here.

So, with all that said, I ran out of time to go to the food store and I was kinda bummin’ cause I wanted to make another round of the ShopRite Dollar Day Deals. But, that did not happen. Oh well, I will survive.

I did stop in yesterday for produce and spent around $30 at the Farmers Market. I’ve got my eye on meat deals this week because my son has learned how to use the grill and has eaten ever last bit of beef that was in my freezer. My house had become the hangout for the boys to grill and eat. I’m just happy I can get such great deals and not stress over all that food flying out the door.

Walgreens & CVS

But, I made a stop  at Walgreens & CVS for some quick and easy money makers cause who doesn’t like to go to the store and make money 🙂 .  Here is what I did:

Walgreens:
Bought 1 Secret Soothing Effects Deodorant $2.59

CVS:

Bought 1 Schick Razor $8.97

-$3/1 Dulcolax coupon
-$5/1 Schick Coupon
-$10 ECB (from previous transactions)
Paid: $.96 + tax
Got a $9.00 ECB (Dulcolax) & a $4.00 ECB (Schick)
