This week at Rite Aid the N.Y.C make up is Buy One get a N.Y.C Nail Enamel free. It seems that the Free Nail Enamel is also producing a $1.00 UP Reward as well as multiple UP rewards printing. Here is a deal that seems to be working and it requires no coupons:
