As the last hours of 2010 come to an end, I am finding myself thinking about all the wonderful people that have come through this site. I can not tell you how thankful I am for each and every one of you. Thankful for your contributions, your deals, your support and your willingness to help each other.
Each day is always a new adventure on LRWC. You just never know what you will find, who you will meet or what you will learn. We have had some crazy deals, some awesome deals and some deals that were duds as well. And I’ve met some wonderful people both in person and on the site. And, I hope to meet more of you this coming year (more on that to come!)
What were my highlights of the year?
- The morning I spent with reader Laurie and her Coupon Clipping Club. Such fun and such sweet people. Thank you again Laurie!
- The free rugs we all received from eSalerugs.com
- Watching and listening to the excitement in your voices and comments as you figured out how easy it truly is to save money with Catalina deals and get so much for free.
- The emails I receive that have expressed such joy and relief that they can put food on their table, fill their pantry with less money then they ever thought possible.
- Those that come to the site with such excitement and an open mind that are so willing to learn how this crazy world of couponing is done. They practically scream…teach me how to save, I want to learn! I.LOVE.THAT!
- The ShopRite Scrubbing Bubbles Catalina Deal
- Reader George’s mini series, “Watch George use his Cats“.
- And, all of you! Each and every one of you. Because without you, there would be no Living Rich With Coupons.

Elizabeth rocked it at her Target. She took advantage of all the holiday clearance sales that are going on right now and got all this for $1.00.
My Paramus NJ Target was 75% off today and had an amazing trip. Probably my best yet!

For New Jersey Residents: Here are some free and/or inexpensive family activities for this weekend.
- Saturday, 1/1: Hot Chocolate Hike at the Environmental Center in Roseland. From 10:15-11:45am or 12:15-1:45pm hike around the Environmental Center, sip hot cocoa, and enjoy a winter campfire. Fee: $6 Child, $8 Adult. Click here to find out more.
- Saturday & Sunday, 1/1 – 1/2: Holiday Light Spectacular at the Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange. From 5-9pm come out to see over 100,00 lights illuminate the zoo for the last time this season. This event is free. Click here to find out more.
