Anyone tried the Kraft deal yet? Does it work of shelf price or sale price?

    • Cindy

Jenny, it’s pretty much the same deal that went on at Pathmark last week and it was on shelf price. However there were some items that were no triggering the cat to print. Once we eliminated those items, it worked great. So, this will most likely work on shelf and roll as well.

  • Melinda

How do you get the Planters coupon? I clicked the link, created an account, but can’t find any coupons?

  • http://livingwithcupons John

Let you know after using cupons

I just tried to do the kraft cat at A & P. I bought $31 worth of product before sale and coupons. The cat did not print so I went and asked why. I was told that the coupon is based on the sale price not original prices. I am in Morris County NJ.

    • Cindy

Beth, the store will always tell you that it is based on sale price. The number for for catalina marketing is at the bottom of the post. Contact them and have them look at your receipt. This was almost the same sale as Pathmark last week and some of the items weren’t working for the deal for some reason. People who did not get their catalinas last week, received them from catalina marketing, if they qualified.

I purchased 4 Kraft shredded cheese (the touch of Phili did not have a discounted price so I just purchased the regular cheese), 4 Breakstones sour creams and 1 Planters mixed nuts. This was about $32 on shelf price but sale price and coupons equaled around $10. I received the 1o dollar Catalina.

Thanks, I was surprised when it didn’t print. I followed your senerio with a few quanity changes. I will contact them tomorrow.

  • Beth G.

I wrote to catalina. They told me that I only spent $20; they did not count the kraft shredded cheese with philly. I wrote them back asking them to clarify why the kraft shredded cheese was not included in the deal… I am waiting to hear back again.
Did anyone else have this problem?

    • Cindy

That was the issue we had last week with Pathmark. I have no idea why they will not count it because it says Kraft Shredded Cheese any variety. Honestly, they should honor it. Let us know how you make out.

  • Beth G.

Ok here is the email from Catalina… to sum up no $10 coupon for me.

    “Hello Beth,
The only items from your transaction that were included on the promotion were those listed below. Assorted varieties of the Kraft Shreaded cheese are included, however not all varieties. If the store had shelf labels for items that were not included, you would need to discuss that with the store itself as they maintain their own advertising…
    Thanks
    Catalina Marketing”
