I use rice vinegar for salad dressings, flavoring rice for sushi, mix it with soy sauce and whatever hot sauce you like for dipping pot stickers. Yum!

I’ve never used rice vinegar…sounds interesting.
I’ve only used rice vinegar to make sushi. We mix it with the rice to make it sticky. At least that’s what I think it does to the rice. Would love to try other uses for it.

I love the balsamic blend. I sprinkle it on fresh cooked green beans with sauteed garlic. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. I use the vinegar with garlic for sprinkling on my rice. I add it to leftover coucous with a little red onion, tomato, cucumber and celery. Let it sit a couple of hours and you’re in for a treat!

I LOVE this Rice Vinegar. I use left over linguine and make a chinese noodle salad out of it (like chicken lo mein, without chicken). The recipe is in their booklet. Found this on sale at Pathmark last week for $1.61/bottle. I’ve been paying $3.49 for this great stuff!! Going to try your salad recipe Cindy.

I use Rice Vinegar in place of white vinegar in recepies that call for white, in salad dressings, stir-fry, and I mix equal parts of rice vinegar and soy sauce for home made pot stickers to dip in. And now I will use it to make the Olive Garden salad dressing!

I use it with a little sugar and olive oil to make a summer slaw with green cabbage and red onions.
