Are You Now a Ophiuchus?
Are you feeling lost with the recent news of the entire Zodiac being wrong? What’s up with that. I liked being a Libra. It fit me just fine. And, now, all of a sudden, I’m a Virgo? Nothing against Virgos, it’s just that I liked my Libra sign.
And it kind of stinks if you have jewelry with your birthstone. Or, worse yet, a tattoo of your Zodiac Sign. Oh boy, that wouldn’t be good.
Plus, what’s up with a Ophiuchus. I can’t even pronounce it. Just sounds kinda weird to me.

I was on a website that people linked that said that this was only valid for people born 2009 or later (I guess that’s when the Earth’s time period cycles were extended due to a change in the orbit). I can’t find the link but it looked pretty legitimate so I would check that out.
This makes absolutely no sense!! How can they just change it like that!!!!!!!!!!!
I also read that it only applies to people born after 2009. Either way, SORRY astrologists, I’m a Libra and always will be. Besides, I can’t even pronounce the new sign!

mine went from scorpio to virgo…but believe me…im a true scorpio…so i dont care what changes…i was born a scorpio and will continue to be one…lol

I was born a Leo but I’ve always been more of a Cancer, so it fits for me. But my hubby on the other hand is an Aries, now Pisces, and that doesn’t make any sense!
Your sign is based off where the stars were aligned when you were born. What you were when you were born will not change. The new zodiac applies to babies born November 29th 2009 and after.

My b-day is June 20, Gemini now would be Taurus. I definitely feel like a Gemini, the twins. Explains multiple personalities. Not crazy kind, just being quiet in groups but not having a problem going to customer service to argue for my catalina’s! LOL.

No it’s not only for people born after 2009. These changes happened thousands of years ago. Scientist have known for over a hundred years but were too lazy to mess up the nice and neat rounded number 12.

This article explains that there are two different zodiacs. One that goes by the seasons, which us westerners use, and another that goes by astrology. So depending on which you use you sign might not have changed.
I don’t see how this is possible i was born december 17th, how am i both Ophiuchus and Sagittarius?
I was born Dec. 9th. I guess I was never really a Sagittarius. I’m an Ophiucus (off-ee-YOO-cuss). Okay. I guess I’m not longer a fire sign either. Hmm…. I guess it’s better then finding out I’m a Virgo. Lol.
