MINI Cooper Lost In Snow Pile!

How crazy is this?!  See that little piece of black peeking out between the snow?  That’s my MINI Cooper.  Yikes!  It’s been swallowed up buy all this white stuff.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve seen enough snow this winter.  If we get anymore, I’m not sure where we would put it.  The snow pile is almost to the top of our lamppost.

Did you dig out yet?

I worked on the snow for two full hours and barely made a dent in it. Now I am waiting for a guy to come but he is booked until late afternoon/early evening.

I had a Pontiac Fiero years ago and came home from work one day during a blizzard to the Park & Ride and couldn’t find the car…completely buried by snow. I feel your pain, Cindy.

I think NJ is under a winter storm warning till April 1st. 🙁

Hubby’s still out from early this morning working on it… Crazy!

  • Lisanne

Not going to dig out today!! I am going to stay inside and enjoy my sweet babies and leave this mess for another day LOL.

We were only “supposed” to get 2-4″ here in CT and ended up with over 8″. We lost power overnight for nearly 8 hours and my husband got stuck in the driveway this morning on his way to work. You can’t see the top of the fence in our yard anymore and I’m wondering how much more weight the roof can take. I need to go out and shovel and I’m wondering where I’m going to put all of it. Maybe instead of shoveling I should concentrate on building an ark for when this melts! 😉

Our 4th snow day here in CT. 😀

  • I’ll get the guest room ready- just start heading West. We have beautiful weather in California!

I need to get my car out first Charlene! 🙂

I hate snow. I want to move back to AZ! This NY weather just isn’t what I signed up for! Oh and it took me well over an hour to dig out after working for 19 hours! It was awesome…

Any Florida people need not relpy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

OMG! In North Arlington, NJ (about 20 min from you) I think we got at least a foot! Hubby spent almost 3 hours digging out our 2 cars – but there’s just nowhere to put the snow anymore.

In nyc, there’s a ton of snow! They closed the schools, so SNOW DAY! xD Last time I went to shoprite on a snow day, they clearanced all of the refrigerated bakery goods, such as cheesecake from $10 to $1.50!!!! :O It was a crazy good deal!! They had $12 tiramisu clearanced to $1.50!

My husband and stepson cleared the driveway here in PA (got about 12″ I think). I had to shovel a path in the backyard so my little shih tzu could go outside and do his business. Poor thing would just sink in the snow, he is all set now.

17″ in Bloomfield on top of what we already had. I started shoveling at 8:30am and finished at noon…but my car is out!! I’m to afraid to sit on the couch because I might not ever be able to get up again. I’m thinking this might be a good time to go to Shoprite! lol lol……my coupon addiction never ends!!! Those will be my dying words…maybe just one more trip to shoprite!! lol!!

Over 15 inches in Levittown/Morrisville, PA. We spent several hours digging out, which was the least of our problems — we lost electrical power around 3am and it was 50 degrees in our house when we woke up this morning. Fortunately we got it back at 10:30am. Got cable and internet service back around 12:30pm. My beautiful huge magnolia tree in front of our house took another beating and lost another big branch. : ( I’m sick of snow. On a shopping note, I thought it was really interesting that when I swung by the grocery store on my way home from work yesterday afternoon, I expected a madhouse with no products on the shelves, but it was quiet!! Huh? Weird, but good for me.

18 to 20 inches here in Monmouth County close to the shore. I think we have had more snow here this winter than all the past 20 years put together! Oh my aching back!!So much for predictions – 4-8inches they said and instead we got buried again.

We live in Mount Laurel, NJ. Yesterday morning we unexpectedly received 4 inches of snow. And of course it was after my husband left for work so I had to shovel our long and wide driveway and sidewalk. Then it rained, then sleeted. We went out last night to shovel around 9:00 and there was about 5 inches of snow on top of sleet and then we shoveled this morning around 5:30 am for 2 hours. I am very tired and sore. I’d say we have around 12 inches of snow.

About 19 inches here near Clifton. We had 5 on the ground yesterday, about 8 from last Friday and my shoveled mounds are oh, over my HEAD now after the last 4 storms. I can no longer shovel … I have to shovel and walk about 20 steps to the closest small mound. My yard looks like the Alps! I can walk to Shoprite though so whooo hoo for that!

Hate this snow already. The kids are bored and I am trapped in the house with 3 girls, thank goodness for Barbies, playdough,Nick, etc.

My husbands mini cooper was also burried. I got him the Mini for Christmas!! He got up at 5am to shovel out so that he could go to work. He is a letter carrier and they have to report to work no matter what the conditions. Thanks to my stockpile I have plenty of food and can relax with my 3 kiddos.

18″ here in CT…we have had 59″ of snow since January 1st… more than our usual total for the entire winter….spent all day on the computer trying to book a vacation out of here for February school break!

LOL! I drive a mini cooper as well. I live in CC Philadelphia. I couldn’t see the top of my mini this morning as well!

    • Cindy
