    Hi! Cindy

Where did you get the Beech Nut Coupons?

  • Tanya

I did the Homestyle Mac & Cheese deal at Walgreen’s today…..I purchased 2 bags among other items as well and handed over my 2 manufactures coupons as well as the store coupon and the register beeped. The cashier stated that she could not take all 3 coupons…..so I asked for the manager who pushed it threw for me. I asked the manager if it was okay to use a store coupon and manufacturer coupon on the same item and she said “yes”. The cashier kept questioning the manager as I paid and left the store. Did this happen to anyone else?? Did you coupon beep??

There’s always time for the Jets! Woohoo! Looks like an early shopping trip next week then Jets Jets Jets! But couponing comes first! Lol

  • Renee

Don’t you have to buy 2 Kraft homestyle as the Walgreens coupon is off of 2?

  • Stacey

Cindy! You make me holler! I go to Shoprite on Saturday and come back. You write in your blog that the health and beauty cat is working. Then you say it isn’t. Then I go and do this week’s first shopping trip last night. When I come back, you say that the cat is now working, different products!

I think I’m going to start to carry my coupon caddy with me! Because either I will miss a deal or I will be at the market everyday! Well, no matter. I write off the mileage for charity. 🙂

I never said it was working until yesterday afternoon. I always post deals and say that this would be your deal if they are working on shelf price but that they are not confirmed. Here is what I write on each new match ups I do.

The deals shown are only suggestions to get you started. These deals have not been confirmed so you may want to check back in the comments to see if anyone has been successful doing them.

A couple of people tried it knowing that it may or may not work and were nice enough to let us know the outcome of their shopping trip. I let everyone know that it wasn’t working and to hold off until we figure it out. Then, once it’s confirmed what is working, I post it.

If you don’t want to make multiple trips, then the best thing would be to wait until we are confirmed on catalina deals.

Cindy, I’m very sorry if I said the wrong thing. You work very hard at bringing the BEST deals to your readers and I LOVE your site for this. I didn’t even try the deal, but was only musing at how hard you work to bring the correct information to your reader and how diligent you are at that task.

My multiple trip taking really had nothing to do with this particular deal, but I only mentioned it to state at how rapidly you bring new information to your readers. And, probably how eager your readers are to go and take advantage of the deals. This is all fun and makes me feel giddy.

However, after reading about the deal, I did put it in my Shoprite pencil case and will take advantage of it during my next trip there on Wednesday.

Again, sorry for any misunderstandings. I really do love your site and always mention it whenever I have a chance. Next week, I will be on tv again, and will again, mention your site as one of the best for the BEST deals for the super coupon maven!

          Stacey,
Absolutely no need to apologize. You didn’t say the wrong thing at all. It just gave me an opportunity to clarify to others that sometimes these deals take time to develop. I do worry that sometimes I am sending people on a wild goose case. And, knowing that some people aren’t as crazy as me, chasing down one deal after another, I feel badly if I’ve sent them to try a deal and it’s a no go. So, I try to update as much as possible.

Again, really, no need to apologize. 🙂
