Just and FYI: I got through and when I hit submit, the page went to an error, however, I did get an email stating that I successfully submitted.
I just tried it (5:24 pm EST) and I didn’t have a problem getting into the site, however, after I clicked ‘submit’ after I entered my info, a screen did say they are experiencing technical difficulites and to try again later.
PS-I got a confirmation e-mail that i am now a member but nothing stating that my information was submitted successfully or when/if I will be getting my note pad.
