Michelle, Cindy does not send out coupon books. She does give the link for people to go to the company’s website, though. There, you will have to provide whatever info the company requests so that they can send the coupons to you.
See her first line, above:
“There is a new Procter & Gamble Coupon Book available to request.”
When you click on the underlined Proctor & Gamble link, it will take you to the website where you can request the coupon book from P&G. Also, Cindy posted this information, originally, in February. Keep in mind it is possible that some of the coupons that they send out, now, may be a bit different than what is posted, but, it should still be a good assortment.
