No, actually it’s the 2 weeks. Then, we can start cashing in our catalinas. That’s the best part.

The Nestle deal also includes Poland Spring. Facebook has $1.00 off on 1 if you like them on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/polandspring?v=app_6009294086#!/polandspring?v=app_10442206389

Bricks coupon so I was able to print 2.

I think that coupon is for different size bottles. Can you confirm if they are the same?

Reply

it’s for 8 oz 12 pack or 24pk

Reply

Mark February 24, 2011 at 12:02 am

michelle is correct. Reading directly from the coupon. Save $1.00 on one Poland Spring Water 8oz, 12pk or 24 pk.

Thank you so much for putting all these deal scenarios and coupon links up so early! I just printed out a bunch of coupons and am all set for the sale already! I know that I would NEVER sit down and figure all this out for myself. You will never know how much you are appreciated!

Reply

Julie February 24, 2011 at 8:38 pm

I agree with you, Jennifer! I would never have the time to figure this all out. Thank you SO MUCH Cindy!!! I did all of the deals this week and saved so much money and have $95 in cats. I’m running out of room for all my free stuff!!

For the Conagra deal, there is a $0.60/3 coupon for Hunts Snack Pack pudding in the 1/2 SS. It expires on 2/28 so it’s good only for Sunday & Monday.

Reply

Reply

Melissa February 23, 2011 at 11:08 pm

Also, the link to the $0.45/1 Hunts Pasta Sauce also has a $0.75/1 La Choy Stir Fry Sauce & Marinade. Per the list at shoprite, this is part of the Conagra deal as well.

Reply

Cindy February 23, 2011 at 11:54 pm

The circular only shows the Soy Sauce price so I don’t have the price on the Sauce & Marinade yet. But, printing the coupon now would be great to have. I’m sure it will work into a good deal once we see the price.

One question on this deal idea:

DEAL IDEA
Buy 4 Coffeemate $1.24 each
Buy 6 Carnation Evaporated Milk $1.00 each
-(4)$0.75/1 Coffeemate
-(3)$0.50/1 Carnation
Pay: $3
Get $12 in catalinas
free + $9 money maker after coupons & catalinas

Is there a reason why you don’t use (4) of the Carnation coupons?

Reply

Cindy February 23, 2011 at 11:51 pm

Yes, because the coupon is $0.50/2. I’ve gotta correct that.

Reply

Kerry February 23, 2011 at 11:15 pm

I have snack pack coupons to give. .60/3. They expire 2/28 message me at edkeno@gmail.com and I will mail them out until they are gone.

I can never seem to find the $0.55/1 Vlassic coupon! I’m planning on buying eight Vlassics, to get my catalina deal, but the extra $ off would be great. How do I find it?

Reply

Julie February 24, 2011 at 8:34 am

I can’t find it either!

Reply

Cindy V February 24, 2011 at 8:37 am

it was on smartsource.com – I printed them out the day before yesterday… I can’t tell if it’s gone, because I printed out the max # of copies, so it’s gone for me anyway. Hope you find it- it’s an awesome deal!

Is there a Ziploc Catalina on its own? Double dipping? I saw signs for the containers not sure about the bags.

Reply

Yes, I got the email. If you buy three boxes you get a $2 cat

Reply

Just a heads up… There are .55/1 coupons in some of the Ziplock boxes. That makes for a really sweet deal..

Reply

Jen February 25, 2011 at 10:39 pm

I have $1/2 that I got off a display a while back. I have 3 of them, so I’m going to buy 6 boxes of ziplocs meet the buy 6 Get $12 and get another $4 in cats for buying 3 boxes twice… I will spend 12 and get $16!!!

Reply

Holly February 24, 2011 at 7:59 am

My question is..on my flyer (from S. Eastern CT) for the cereal, I have buy 8 Keebler, sunshine, Kelloggs or Famous Amos. Then below it it says Featured in the itmes listed below, which are are only the Kellogg’s cereals of cinnabon, corn flakes, apple Jacks, eggo, rice krispies, froot loops, smorz, pops and frosted flakes.

So, does that mean I can buy 8 Cheezits that are sunshine brand and get the 12 cat? It’s a bit confusing!

Whoo hoo! Thanks for posting that Facebook PS coupon. I’m going to do split up the waters now…

Here’s my deal:
(3) Poland Spring Water 24-Pack – $3.99
(2) Nestle Water 24 – Pack $3.88
-(3) $1/1 Poland Spring
-(2)$1/2 Nestle Water Coupon
Pay: $15.73
Get $12 in catalinas
$0.75 each after coupons & catalinas

Reply

Fury February 24, 2011 at 1:00 pm

the coupon is only for the 8oz bottles (tiny ones) not the 24 pack of .5 liter bottles. A cashier might adjust this for u if they dont read closely, but it will most likely not scan in as this is not what it is for.

Michele February 24, 2011 at 8:38 am

Thanks for your hard work Cindy! I can only imagine how many hours this takes you.
After this weeks shopping trip my husband asked me if we need to think about building more shelves in our basement to house all of these groceries. Apparently, we are on overload!
We also started thinking about buying a separate freezer for the basement. Since I won’t be spending a dime on food in March, thanks to my catalinas, I may be using March’s food budget money to get that freezer! LOL!!

Kristin February 24, 2011 at 8:46 am

Thanks so much for all of your hard work in putting these deals together. You have saved me and my family so much money. We really appreciate all you do.

I was at ShopRite last night, and was able to take advantage of the Ziplok catalina…It’s buy 3 get $2, and applies to bags as well…At least the ones I purchased (quart – freezer). I’m pretty sure the catalina deal is for at least another week, although I want to say it is through 3/12 (don’t quote me on that).

As for the $1/1 Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner printable above, the one I found is for a 5 pack at SUPERCENTER. Is this a store name or does it mean any Supermarket? Will this work at shoprite? And is the sale price listed above 2.99 for a 5 pack OR only 1 box.

Thanks in advance!

Reply

Angela E February 24, 2011 at 10:03 am

Same thing for Crystal Light

Reply

Laurie M. February 24, 2011 at 10:19 am

In my experience with the Oreo coupon that had SUPERCENTER written on it, it’s able to be used anywhere.

Reply

Ashley February 24, 2011 at 10:31 am

You can use it anywhere since it’s a manufacturer coupon. I was able to use the Oreo one which said the same thing, at Rite Aid this week.

Reply

leah February 28, 2011 at 11:40 am

vocalpoint sent me a bunch of $2 off any Glade manufacturer coupons, but on the back in small print they say “only redeemable at lowes” – i was so upset! if they’re a manufacturer coupon, shouldn’t they be available ANYWHERE? if they’re only redeemable at lowes, shouldn’t they be labeled a LOWES coupon, not a manufacturers coupon???

Reply

leah February 28, 2011 at 11:41 am

PS (upset b/c shoprite wouldn’t take them – they read the small print after they beeped/wouldn’t scan)

Thanks Cindy! I was just planning some deals with my Shop Rite circular and getting very excited :)
This deal isn’t with the dollar days, but worth mentioning. Perdue products are 40% off this upcoming week. If you were able to get the $2 off perfect portions that would make it a good deal. I believe the shelf price is $9.99, which with the sale should make them around $6. Then with the coupon, a final price of $4.

question regarding the cereals….in my paper is says “limit 4 offers” does that mean we can only buy 4 boxes of cereal (not the 8 that you mention in your deal option) or am i mistaken. I’m just starting the coupon fun and still learning the rules! Thanks SO MUCH for all your work putting these together each week!

Reply

Larrina February 24, 2011 at 8:33 pm

4 offers usually means 4 offers of 4 boxes at $2 each… so in all you could buy 16 boxes at $2 a piece.

Reply

Julie February 24, 2011 at 8:48 pm

Since they are listed as 4 for $8, four boxes are one offer, so you could buy 16 boxes for that price. I asked the same question last week because I didn’t understand either!

Reply

Heather February 24, 2011 at 6:09 pm

Reply

Pop Tarts (starting wed) says limit 4 offers and also 4 per variety….

So I am getting:
4 rice krispies (need for bday party) – (2) 1/2 Q
4 strawberry poptarts – (2) 1/2 Q

still not bad considering I needed the krispies to make treats!

Are there limits to how we can redeem the cat coupons? Besides the date limitations?

I was told by someone that I would only be able to spend them on products by the same manufacturers that issued them. I don’t see that anywhere on mine but who knows.

Reply

Jennifer K. February 25, 2011 at 12:04 pm

I think if that was the case, it would say it on the coupon. Like on the Quaker deal a few weeks ago, it said on the coupon “$5.00 off your next Quaker purchase” or something like that. These simply say “off your next shopping order” so they can be used on anything.

Reply

JEssica g February 25, 2011 at 12:50 pm

they say “on your next shopping order” so on anything… also I had the quaker one and I rolled it not reading that it said on next quaker purchase… cause I used it and didn’t have any quaker stuff and it came off anyway. HTH!

Reply

fury February 25, 2011 at 12:45 pm

you can use both together…however if you are talking about the catalina that printed out for the coffeemate make sure u check as most of them are manufacturers coupons (say at top) and you will NOT be able to use both

Reply

Ashley February 25, 2011 at 3:13 pm

Quick question then. If these cats that do print out say man. cpn. on top but has the SR logo (redeem at SR) does that mean we can use these q’s at any other store? O_o sorry for the silly question. Because i always thought you can stack Man q’s w/ SR cat q’s..

WOOPS

Reply

fury February 25, 2011 at 4:26 pm

Yes they will scan at other stores, however some do give u a hard time because of the logo. It is a manu coupon thou and they do not say anywhere that they are only valid at shoprite. A manager would push it through even if the cashier questioned it.

Reply

JEssica g February 25, 2011 at 12:48 pm

its the flavored liquid ones – 16 oz says any variety (like french vanilla was pictured)

I have a shoprite (catalina looking) printout coupon for 75c /3 but look at the top it says manufacturer. Since it doesn’t double – I’m using the IP $1/3 coupon to get the extra 25cents off!

in the ad i have it says tabasco is 1.00
there are 50 cents off coupons in the 1-30-11 ss . so doubled they are free
also the ad says krusteaz pancake mix 2 for 3.00 (must buy 2)
the 1-30-11 ss has 50 cents on 1 . so if you have 2 coupons they will be 2 boxes for 1.00

Last week I printed out some of the Kraft coupons so I could be prepared for this, (oreos, crystal light..). They all have an expiration date of 2/25/11 so they cannot be used. Anyone else have this problem? Any chance that they may reset come the first of the month?

This may sound like a silly question but I’m kinda new at this couponing stuff and trying my best to be good at it but these dollar days are throwing me through a loop :) . Why does it say must buy 2 next to some of the items? Does buying 2 really only count as buying 1?

This is a great site!
Thanks for all your hard work!

Let’s say hypothetically for example…
Clorox Bleach is 2 for $3 and it says “Must Buy 2″. Then there is a limit of 4. (It might even say how much they will be if you buy one, I think this week, Clorox Bleach was $1,99 if you buy just one, but 2 for $3.)

You MUST buy 2 in order to get each for $1.50. If you buy one, it most likely will be more $, in this case $2 for one. Also, if there is a limit of 4, it is talking about the offer. So, there is a limit of 4 offers- so the most you can buy is 4 offers of 2 for $3, for a total of 8 jugs of clorox bleach for $12.

Hope this wasn’t that confusing!

It means you must buy 2 for the sale price listed. In the “must buy 2″ box, it will say how much each item will scan if you buy less/more than the quantity specified.

I was just wondering – since your price plus card number is printed on the rewards, do you need to use the same price plus card to redeem them? My mom gave me her rewards and I didn’t know if I needed to use her card to use them. Sorry if this has been asked already!

Well im assuming yes, on the side of the cats they are printing each card number all the way towards the right. it says: PPC # 00000000
maybe you can put in those numbers in when redeeming it. :-) thats what im hoping for.

I don’t think your deal with the Oreos will work… Flyer says Oreos (26 oz pkg), coupon for Spring Oreos is for 16.6 oz packages. Right?

there is no max # total. Also the 4 isnt per product its only for like coupons. Like this week i used 4 $2 coupons and 1 $1 coupon on the kashi products to get to my 5.

Thank you! I have so many coupons this trip and I’m considering splitting them into two trips since I didn’t know the policy! Thanks!

Looking at the list of participating products for Nestle, it lists Nerds Treat box for $1.00. Would the new coupon that just came out work for these? (not sure what “treat box” means)??

Oh, nevermind. I saw Nerds on the picture of the coupon, but’s actually for jelly beans…

Even though today is the last day for week 1 of this sale, I just wanted to give a heads up. Some of you asked why I was able to do multiple same offers when I went this past Sunday to Shoprite and still got cats for each offer. Well b/w yesterday and today I tried to take advantage of more offers that I previously got and each & every time I didn’t get the $12 cats. I even went back to the original store as of last Sunday.

I believe, but not certain, that the system takes a while for it to update to see if you purchased multiple of the same offers using the same PPC. Since on Sunday I did 12 offers all within 10-15 minutes of each other and at the same register, then the system did not put the two and two together until my next visit in the past few days.

Just a heads up for anyone wanting to do the same for this coming week dollar sale.

That makes sense David…I’m going to try it with this week’s deals and see if I can do a few of the same mfg tranactions back-to-back…I’ll report in.

This week did not go very well for me :(
I sent my husband… who is usually great with sticking to my list. However, he thought that Duncan Hines fudge brownies meant any kind of brownie so those cats did not print. Hopefully an easy fix if I exchange the brownies he got for the right ones. However, something did not go right with the Nestle deal and I can’t figure it out. I got 3 Lean Cuisines (all on the list), 2 Stouffers (both listed), 3 Coffee Mates and 2 Juicy Juice 8-packs and nothing printed. Have to go back today and see if they can print them out for me. :(

Does anyone know if there are any restrictions when redeeming the cats other than the dates? Can we use as many as we want in one transaction?

dollar days are over, you can only spend what you already have earned. You can not earn any new ones. This weeks deals are listed here http://www.livingrichwithcoupons.com/2011/03/shoprite-matchups-327-42.html
