What I can tell you for sure, is something BIG is coming from Outback Steakhouse. How big, or what exactly it is, I don’t know, but, be sure to check it out at Great Steak Out. All they say is that at 9pm EST today, 8/24, that something BIG is happening.
Rumor has it they are giving away A LOT of Free Steak Dinners but we’ll have to wait and see for sure.

It gave me a 5.00 coupon for two meals.. Not so much of a free steak!!! The only free one was in Butler nj.. 25 miles way!!
Ok, so I think this was a total scam! I was at the website went it counted down to 0 seconds and then I entered my zip code and it said they did not have any free coupons left but would send me a coupon for $5 off. I really wish these sites would stop doing this.

I got a $5 coupon too — it is because there is no Outback within 25 miles of me. I got on again and was able to send a free steak coupon to my sister in Ohio using her information, so it does work!!

I live about 40 min from Outback so they wanted to send me a 5 dollar coupon because I’m too far? I drive there quite a few times a year and pay for my meal so why wouldnt I drive there for a free dinner? Guess I wont be going there anymore since they feel its too far for me. Too many other restaurants around I could go to..

This stinks. I sat and watched the countdown and then filled out the form and it said “we’re all out here is a $5 coupon” Really sold out in 20 seconds? So i didn’t hit submit and tried again and then it said they had the free steaks but i couldn’t get it because it was “only one per household”. So i got nothing:( Calling corporate tomorrow!

I just got mine but the system is REALLY slow…it required me to refresh a number of times. At first it didn’t accept my zip (saying zip failed) but I kept trying and went to the next screen where you pick your resturant. At first that failed too…I tried again on that screen and I got my free dinner. It says:

it shows it as being available for my area, but tells me one per household. Guess Outback doesn’t like me as much as I like them.
This is super annoying. Yes, I know that they don’t have to have an offer like this, but if they are going to have an offer like this they should at least make sure it works before they put it out there. They have to know a lot of people will want in on this. Just saying.

Definitely problems with the site for many people, as I also got the “Sorry mate, limit one per household”. Good try Outback, but you dropped the ball on this one.

This didn’t work for me in Delaware. I tried my address and my mother’s address and both said “Sorry mate, 1 per household” and I know neither of us have filled this out before. Scammy.
They still have them available at some locations this morning, but my computer is still telling me 1 per household even though I’ve never been able to snag this. I tried for almost 2 hours last night while I watched TV with my family. I can’t figure this thing out. Maybe someone I know went in and did this for me? But probably not. The people I know usually find out about stuff like this from me.
I got one at 9pm. Was up late and more were given away at 12 midnight if you were looking at the food network station. My daughter was not so lucky. I’m visiting her in Md. and she was told 1 per household. We did not understand that because I got mine using my nook and I also used my home zip code because I will be using mines in NJ. Not suere how they determined that she had gotten one when she did not.

Tried different zipcodes within a 100 mile radius of my house and over 40 restaurants were sold out.
