I was on my way to Shop Rite tonight and ran into the circular guy as I was driving through an adjoining neighborhood. I got a pack from him, so got to see it close up! I have some super coupons- .39 baby carrots, .99 sr eggs, .89 strohmans white bread…Keebler club crackers are 2/5, with $1/2 coupon that’s $2 each. My kids love these crackers to pieces, must get more than 2 boxes this time!

    • jannine

where did u get the super coupons??i never get th em i know my friend down south jersey does and u cant beat those prices..

      • Liz v

They are on the wrap around on my circular. They seem location specific. I’m in NYC.

        • Emily

Wait, which shoprite, the one in brooklyn ?

          • Liz V

I’m in the BX but shop in New Rochelle. I wish there were one closer!

            • Keena

Liz I also live in the Bronx but shop at the New Rochelle location. The only location that is slightly closer is the location on Tuckahoe road but personally New Rochelle is much better and their staff are always really helpful.

              • Liz V

Hi Keena! New Rochelle is nice. I hate the one on Tuckahoe, I think its nasty. The new one on Central Ave is gorgeous, but too far! Where are you at? I’m in Morris Park.

                • keena

O wow I just recently moved from Morris Park to Wakefield

                  • Anonymous

the shoprite in white plains is wonderful, much better than tuckahoe with selection and customer service

                    • Liz V

Ha! I’m sure the shop rite in WP is nice! I always feel I have a limited amount of time to get my frozen stuff home! I wish they’d put a SR in the BX.

  • 0246

in the past, we’ve seen the catalinas be applicable to anything in the order, not necessarily only (specific brand) items. do you suppose it’ll be the same this time?

    • marie

I have no idea. I am fairly new to couponing, but that question did come to mind. Does anyone know? If yes, is that acceptable?

  • dip

i am hoping that the 1$ off 2 birdseye coupon from facebook is good for the price break boxed veggies! from the looks of it..it just might be! it says any 2 birds eye OR birds eye steamfresh. im excited i love these!

  • Cindy, THANK YOU!!!! You are saving me so much time this way :)))))

  • OMGitsJuiceLee

Can we stack 2 of the $1/4 Progresso coupons with the super coupon to make it 8 cans for $6.37?

  • jannine

in the ad there was a coupon for 8 cans of Progresso soup for 8.37 or so does anyone know if we can use this then 2 other Progresso coupons making 8 cans 6.37

    • Lori

You can always stack a SR “super” (store coupon) with a Manufacturer coupon for the extra savings. The super coupons usually require a minimum of $15 in purchases of other (non-super coupon items) in order to use the super coupon. However, if you have 3 super coupons (like I do every week in CT), you can use all 3 on a single $15 order. Sometimes SR also has other coupons sprinkled throughout the flyer. The past few weeks they’ve had a few coupons for kosher foods sprinkled in there for the holiday. They can all be stacked with Mfg coupons.

With regard to the Progresso soup, if you have a Stop & Shop or Giant near you, you might want to double check that ad. Mine has Progresso for $1/can, so that is a better deal than the deal you are saying SR has next week. My Stop & Shop sale week ends today, so if you want Progresso from there on sale, today is the day!:)

  • Anonymous

You can because the super coupons are store coupons

  • extcoup

Hey everyone I have a question about the farmland skim milk 12 oz
i know it will sound funny but where it is located
i couldn’t find it last time that it was on sale for free (a couple of weeks ago)

so where is it in your shoprite store?
is it in a separate fridge? not the main milk fridge?

by the way i am asking here because last time i asked the a couple of workers and they had no idea
my shoprite is US Highway 22 Branchburg
    thanks to everyone

    • cassie

it is with the half and half, on the top shelf of my store, not with the other milk products. I am in CT though. may be different at your store..I just ask an employee, they are always happy to help there!!

    • Maria D.

I found the 12oz where my store sells the 12oz bottles of Nestle Chocolate milk. It is on the top shelf. There was also half and half and heavy cream next to it.
      Hope this was helpful.

    • Sandy

I shop there also and the chances of them accepting that coupon is near impossible so I gave up trying months ago.

      • extcoup

thanks you very much for the help
i will try to get them free next week

if i succeed i will post it here 😉

        • extcoup

          yes success I made it
i bought 4 bottles of skim milk in shoprite with the farmland coupon and because the milk is only $0.50 i got in total $2.00 overage

again my shoprite is US Highway 22 Branchburg

          P.S.
the the cashier needed to put in the coupon by hand because the scanner would not read it ( anyway it works!!! )

  • LisaCT

Can anyone tell me how to get the Kraft Family Booklet??

    • Liz v

I think you have to subscribe/pay for them from kraft. I remember when they were free. I had a client at kraft the other week and she let me buy some goodies at their company store. I picked up a few food and family mags but no coupons!!!

    • Katie Coupon

The booklet was handed out at Shop Rite and other stores (at the registers) about 6 months ago. If you are lucky enough to not have used all the coupons in it yet, your coupons would still be valid because they didn’t expire until 12/31/11. I think everyone wished they picked up more of those booklets when they were around! The coupons were obviously fantastic.

      • Liz V

oh oh oh…yeah, didn’t get THAT! wow, sorry I missed it.

  • Heather Leah

Thanks!!! Also we can use the B1G1 Suave/Dove coupons from this week’s redplum to get the catalina deal, I figured it out to be about 50cents a bottle. Which is worth it for the dove, I love that shampoo & conditioner..not so sure about Suave professionals…havent tried that yet..

    • Amanda

the suave professionals is very good, i stopped buying the regular ones. The best one in my opinion is the almond shea butter, great product.

  • nicole

How do you know if the Catalina’s will be a store coupon or a manufacturer coupon? I was disappointed this week that the Herbal Essence Catalinas were store coupons.

    • 0246

catalinas are always store-specific. i don’t know of any store that takes a catalina issued by another chain.

  • Lisa

I totally agree with you Cindy that the $2 coupons for the Al Fresco chicken sausages were fantastic. I have eyed the sausages in store for a couple of months now and soon I was about to break down and just buy them for full price, so I’m glad that there is a small (!) sale and a $1 coupon. I just LOOOOVE them and I haven’t had one in a long time. Yum!!

  • john

al fresco jalapeno sausage and the buffalo chicken sausage. sooooooo good!!!!

  • Liz v

Oh shoot! I’m going through my circ, SR diapers are only $3.49! Must go Sunday!!!!

    • Cynthia

I’ve never tried SR diapers I usually just buy Target brand BUT I am no longer going to buy from them so I am looking for good diapers at a decent price (aren’t we all I guess) Do you really like their diapers ? Would you recommend them? I may just give it a shot at that price.

      • Liz V

I think they’re ok. My 2 year old dosen’t complain! After 3 kids I buy just whatever’s cheapest.

        • Cynthia

I’m on baby #1 and we are already working on #2 and my husband wants 3 so I will be buying diapers for years to come. Figured they can’t be that bad! Thanks for the advice!

          • Laura

I used Shoprite diapers on my kids, after trying all the rest. They were great!!! Granted they are now 18 & 21. They were both prone to terrible diaper rash. The Shoprite diapers used with Amends baby powder = no more diaper rash! I highly recommend them.

  • Emily

Did anyone else have a problem with the farmland dairies coupon not scanning at all ? I mean, I printed it just fine, it just didn’t scan.

    • Angiey

I’ve had problems with the coupon scanning but they usually enter it manually as $1/dairy.

    • mary

I told the cashier manually enter the #’s on the bar code but leave out the first 9, and it worked!

  • gabby

I also have 2 GUM coupons. $0.55/1 GUM oral care product : ) free toothbrushes!

    • 0246

      where were those from, gabby?

  • Colleen

Thanks for the great matchups, Cindy! I was at my SR this AM and the cashier said, “Wow you really planned ahead and did great! How long did it take you to figure it all out?” and I said, not long at all, my go-to website does it all for me and I get to just check it off my list and enjoy the benefits. 🙂 Thanks so much…you are saving so many of us so much time and money!!

  • Adam

Hi Cindy, I had a question about the coupon stacking on the Fun-da-middles cupcake mix at $2.49. You list a $0.75 coupon, two $0.50 coupons, and cellfire for another $0.50, to arrive at $0.49/box. I’m confused on the calculation – could you please explain? Also, can cellfire coupons stack with Mfctr Coupons? Thanks!

    • Kabby

Adam…cellfire can be stacked with manufacture coupons. Couple that with the item is on sale….usually great deal. Cellfire will only work once for that promotion period.
      Re: Fun-da-middles $2.49
Use the best of coupon listed .75cents (Doubled) so -1.50
      cellfire -.50
Total: .49 cents for that box of Fun-da-middles….hope that helps.

      • Aileen C

I’m pretty sure you can re-load the cellfire coupons, too. So if you use it, come home and reload – you should be able to do another trip and use it again.

  • CHRISTINA

    THANKS!

  • Adam

    Got it – thanks Kabby!

  • Nichole H.

I just wanted to let you know I think I have figured out the secret to those pesky Farmland Dairies PDF coupons. The cashier has to type the number in but minus the number 1 at the end, and the coupon comes up as a Farmland Dairies coupon. Hopefully that will help everyone with problems with the coupon.

  • Isha

I need to buy cocoa puffs. I only 1 coupon for $1 off 3 boxes. Could you please suggest me, if there is another coupon available to print for cents off one box?
    I will really appreciate it.

    • Aileen C

      Look in the coupon database.

  • Laura

Question: How does everyone get 4 printable coupons when the printable limit is two? Is there a trick or something that I don’t know? My Shoprite only allows 4 like coupons, so I usually like to go armed with 4, but can’t b/c I can only print two from my computer. Help, please?

    • Lovingmynewhobby

i dont think its a special trick..alot of ppl just have more than one computer or laptop at home they hook up to their printer…or they ask family and friends if they can print from their computers…Where theres a will theres a way..so find a friend with a computer and printer and you will be good to go..HTH 🙂

      • Aileen C

I have 4 computers. Two are in good working order – the other two are old and super slow. The only reason I still have them is to print more coupons!

        • Kabby

Do the internet coupons allow two coupons per printer or per computer. I have two computers but only one printer.

          • Anonymous

            per computer

            • Kabby

              thx

              • marie

Weird. I always thought it was per printer! I assumed that the coupon printer software that has to be installed was to identify your printer, not the computer. I learn something everyday on LRWCs!

  • LindsayG

I had a question about the Hunt catalinas…. Do you have to meet the $10 at the shelf price or after the sale price? Usually the shelf price is more than $1.00 if I remember correctly. Thanks

    • Cindy

At ShopRite, Catalinas usually work on Pre-Price Plus Price. So, even if they are on sale, it will usually only work if they are on a Price Plus sale

  • Lovingmynewhobby

theres a coupon for the GUM toothbrushes thats $1 off 2 in the 8/7 SS exp 10/31 paired with the $1 off 2 from Saving star..i think thats pretty decent!!

    • OMGitsJuiceLee

I was just about to post the same thing lol. Just found my coupon 😉

    • Melanie

The GUM Saving Star $1/2 coupon expired 9/28.

  • Jacqueline

Ok I have a super silly question…I have printed the coupon for the Birds Eye Steam Fresh which is the 2/$1.00 and I have the couon for .50 cents off… because the coupons are of different values but for the same product I can do this? I am very new to the coupon world! Thanks..again its a super silly question!

    • Jacqueline

This is a comment from the same person above… I am kinda concerned about the Farmland Milk coupon. Since I am new at this I dont want to look stupid when I go to the store. I printed off 2 of them and after reading the new user section I was looking at the coupons and they are in fact the same numbers (scan bar). I looked at my battery coupons and they have a bar up top with numbers as well but the those numbers change. Im just a little scared since this will be my first time doing the whole couponing thing. Can someone verify that I wont have a problem?

      • Cindy

If you are new to couponing, then I would highly recommend not using the Farmland Coupon. It is a legitimate coupon from the company but it’s not a coupon that is put out by the usual coupon software. Like the battery coupon you are referring to. It’s what called a PDF coupon so it doesn’t have all the fraud prevention features that most coupons have. Since it doesn’t have those features, a lot of stores will not accept it. Plus the coupon does beep which puts up red flags for the stores as well. So, my suggestion is that you not use it, at least not during your first round of couponing. Hope that helps!

        • Ruby

Can I use more than one of the Farmland coupons? I know they don’t scan well but I printed out 4 of them, since shoprite will take up to 4 so I just wanted to know how many will they accept.

  • Danielle

    @0246…Acme takes other stores Catalinas

    • Ginny

really? is this true for all acmes? I have a ton of shop right kraft/nabisco cats and would love to use some at an acme in middlesex, nj.

      • marie

Ginny, what do you want to use them on? I haven’t had time to look at circulars yet.
        thank you

  • Angela

Cindy- so how does Shoprites new digital coupons work. There is currently one for fun-damittles or whatever those cupcake mix is called, then you have cellfire and then you have an actual clipped newpaper coupon which could make a box free?

    • Cynthia

The cellfire coupons don’t double. Cindy has it in her matchup. They are priced at $2.49 use the 75/1 (which doubles to $1.50) and your 50/1 cellfire coupon should come off too. Which makes it .49 cents! The cellfire coupon will only come off once so you will only be able to do this deal 1 time. Hope That Helps!

  • Emily

SR has 8 packs of AA and AAA energizer batteries on sale for $2.99 starting Sunday. Use the $3 off coupon that was available yesterday for free batteries!

  • Cynthia

Has anyone tried the SR diapers? Can anyone tell me to what brand they might compare to? Just wanted some opinions. Thanks!

    • Laura

I had tried all of the name brands on my kids and lastly tried Shoprite brand. It was the best!! I highly recommend them. Every other brand couldn’t contain what my kids were able to produce…..if ya get what I mean.

  • Does anyone know if the .50 coupon will work for the birds eye that is on sale next week. I would love to order some extra coupons if they’ll work but dont want to buy them if it wont work Thanks 🙂

    • Cynthia

I had the same question. It looks like it could work BUT then again the coupon states “chefs favorites” and the SR ad just says Steamfresh Veggies! This is how they get you!! lol! Can anyone help?

  • Kyle Eckert

Anyone able to print the Hunts ketchup coupon? I haven’t been able to find it for a while. Has it not reset yet?

    • Liz V

      I can’t get it either….

      • marie

I can’t find Hunt’s Ketchup or Gummi Bears. Help?

  • Keena

Anyone know where I can get Vitamin Water coupons from? They are going on sale 7/$5 starting tomorrow and I really want to stock up since my older son loves them

    • Cynthia

Go on Ebay they always have lots of coupons there BUT I just checked the Vitmamin Water for you and they have them BUT they are going for a lot. Probably more than you are willing 2 pay.

      • Keena

Thanks I just looked also and they ARE priced waaay to high.

  • Help

I have 5- $5.00 off catalinas per week from the Kraft deal can I use all of them in 1 transaction? or do I have to do multiple Transactions and use 1 per order.
I have never done a catalina deal where I had multiples that have to be used in a specfic week

    Thank you
    shelly

    • Cynthia

You can use them all in one transaction. I had $26 in catalinas once and used them all in the same transaction. HTH!

      • Corine

I also have 4 of these kraft catalinas but they say Limit one per family. Will they all still work in one transaction?

        • Laura

Please check each Catalina and read the dates printed on each one. The Kraft deal printed out 4/$5.00 coupons for 4 consecutive weeks that each $5.00 coupon can be used for. (Hope that makes sense). Check last weeks ad it has it listed on the top half of the page with the deal instructions. If you did the Kraft deal multiple times and have multiple $5.00 coupons for the same weeks…..then yes you can use them in one transaction. I have done that in the past with Nestle catalinas.

  • Flora

Does anyone know if the Dove deal includes Suave too? My SR has no shelf tags so,going by the circular it would seem it’s only Dove. Would appreciate any input anyone has. Thanks. BTW, Kraft oyno. Just scan off on anything!

    • Kim

Yes! It’s for the the suave too. I purchased 4 doves and 1 suave. Worked perfectly 🙂

  • Kim

Cindy, I just have to say THANK YOU!!!!!! From the bottom of my heart 🙂 Today I purchased 5 dove hair products, 1 suave with a free sample, 5 apples, 2 boxes of wheatables, 2 hatfield ham steaks, 2 chobani yogurts, a box of Total Raisin Bran, 1 bag of Birdseye veggies and paid $7.52. I received back a $5.00 CAT from the Dove purchase. I decided to cook one of the hamsteaks and the veggies along with a cup of pineapples I had in storage from dollar days and realized I had not paid a dime for anything on my plate. Well, except for the fork and knife! I used to be so angry when I went to Shoprite … now I just smile. I even had a $20 P&G card from the Olay rebate that I couldn’t even spend. THANK YOU CINDY!!!!!
