Coupon is a one time use coupon and is good only for the card member. The coupon is good through 12/30/11.

Put in a non NY zip code. The coupon says good at ANY CVS
No wait, says not available in NY on the coupon. Looks like I’ll have to stop by my sisters CVS in MN when we’re there for the holidays.
If you live in NY and put in another zipcode when you go to the store they won’t take it….I thought about doing this last time they had these and it wasn’t available to NY residents but when I went to CVS a woman in front of me had the coupon and they refused it because it wasn’t supposed to be used in that state…..They said that for her to have gotten the coupon she would of had to lie about her zipcode and that that was against the policy that you have to agree to to get the coupon…….So in other words don’t put in another zipcode
Not available to NY residents….I don’t understand why it isn’t there are CVS all over the NY and yet we can’t use this coupon
It said the same for me, however i looked up a CT zip code and plugged it in and it worked. Use zip 06914, also i received the coupon via email and it doesnt say anything about not using it in NY.

well I put in 90210 zip i live in NY and it printed and my cvs honored it

If it says not for NYC residence then that is what it means. To use another zip code and still use it at a NYC CVS dispite is says NOT to is FRAU in my opinion. This is why so many have cracked down on honest couponing people.

Cindy I didn’t have to give them my cvs card number,just email and zip code.
Why oh why isn’t this available in NY?! I live close enough to NJ that I can use the coupon there (I put in my work zip code), but I don’t understand why NY is excluded.
