Not really sure where else to put this..but am I able to use a Target web coupon and a regular web coupon for the same item? The target web coupon says limit one coupon or offer per transaction. This is for the green giant steamers..if anyone can help, I would really appreciate it!

Rue lala had the same deal last year around the same time and they sent out actual gift cards in the mail. It was awesome bc I was still able to use a coupon along with it since it was a gift card. I’m really hoping this year will be the same and instead of a voucher, we get gift cards sent to us. I also remember shipping was very fast and I was able to use it for some Christmas presents. Does anyone know if they are shipping out gift cards this year too?
