How does BJ’s honor manufacturers coupons? It it like there are 3 jars of sauce bundles together as one or do they count at 3 separate items?
If there are 3 jars of sauce bundled together, you can use 3 coupons (1 for each jar) and a BJs coupon.
I’ve done this with the toothpaste/toothbrush sets too.
I do it with the baby food all the time….buy 2 boxes of 24 jars each, use 6/$1 off of 8
some body tell me can i use brita rebate on bjs purchase
I also want to know if we can submit for the rebate as I want to do it.
I learned that at the last trip to BJ’s and was so thrilled. They said as long as each item in there has its own barcode you can use multiple coupons,
For instance if they had 10 cans of soup and each had its own barcode you could use 10 coupons.

There is a kashi bj’s coupon for 2.50/1 in the savings book. Istacked both $2/1 (recyclebank coupon) with 2.50/1 Mfg coupon . I got 43 oz (twin pack) for $ 4.00
making $2 each pack(retail was $8.50)
Today my trip was so very good I got free Nivea Cream. BJS at Jersey city had it for 8.99 so used the $4/1 from the BJs book and $5/2 coupon making it free I was so happy.
I also did the Nivea Cream too BJS in Old Bridge I work there so I know the bargains I did the hand cream too Neutrogena 3 pack used 4.00 coupon in BJS baby book and $3/1 making it free also Olay REGENERIST14.99 3 pack used 4 dollars off from baby book and 3/3 olay coupons malimg it 1.99 so great everyone recived free Nivea they were so happy Give dont stock pile

You can still get All detergent with a coupon from the BJs January booklet and the $1 pritable/or $1 out early in the inserts this month
Hi, just wanted to confirm: about the use of manufacture coupons. I tried to purchase a Nivea body lotion using a $5.oo/2 coupon n a BJ’s $4.00. I was told here at the BJ’s club in Queens,NY that I could not use the $5.00/2 manu because the store considers an item as a pair of lotions like Nivea to be 1 item. In order to use the manu coupon I would have to purchase 2 packs of the Nivea lotion. I was so frazzled that I just had them take the item off my purchase. After reading the post above am at a loss if i was wrong or if the cashregister attendant was wrong. Can someone help. Best Min

some cashiers don’t know what they are talking about and won’t even try to scan the coupon. They just simply tell you “you can’t use it”. You should have went to customer service afterwords and asked them if you could and show them the coupon policy.
However if the 2 were bundled in 1 pack and they didn’t each have a barcode on them than you couldn’t use 2 coupons.
wrong you can use all manufactures as long as they have a barcard I gave 20 bottles of Nivea to the workerzs do not let them tell you you can”t , Use on toothpaste ,oil of olay cleansers , showers gels. three in pack use three manu
I always have a problem at the BJ’s in Queens (Metropolitan Ave.) where my mother lives. They do not honor the coupon policy UNLESS you put up a fight. I had to show the coupon policy to the cashier who then called over a manager. The manager told me (after inspecting the coupons and the printed out coupon policy that I had on me) that each item inside the package had to have an individual bar code. So after opening the bag of bounty napkins, I showed her that each package had a bar code. After that, she told the cashier to take all the coupons that I had for all my merchandise including the Nivea. When I shop in Long Island, the BJ’s here never give me a problem. So, whenever my mother comes by me, we go shopping out on the island since it’s less of a hassle.
Had a $5 off 2 trident 12 packs BJ’s coupon and 8 $1 off 3 packs of trident gum manufacturers coupon got free gum!!!
So, to be clear.. am I suppose to take the bundled items apart and scan each barcode? or just the one barcode on the outside? My sister started to use coupons recently and is saving a lot of money.. I want to join in as well. =)
Don’t take the bundled items apart, you still scan the 1 barcode on the outer package. The only reason why I opened the bounty napkins package was because the manager told me that in order to use multiple coupons, each item in the bundle had to have a separate barcode. I just wanted to show her that the items I was purchasing had the individual barcodes. Go to BJs.com, scroll to the very bottom right and click on the HELP button. Select the tab that says About BJs. Scroll down a little and you will see their multiple coupon policy. Print it out and show the cashier if you have a problem. HTH
