the rabate form says, limit 1 per person/household.

Reply

I thought the xtra detergent is $1.49. You have $2.48.

Reply

Kit January 28, 2012 at 3:22 pm

The Colgate-Palmolive rebate forms states in section (2) the original store identified register receipt dated between 1/29/12 and 3/15/12 with price circled….. So which date do you go by 1/29 or 1/30. It also states on the top in bold print offer valid 1/29/12-3/15/12.

Reply

jan January 29, 2012 at 1:11 am

I just read it, and you’re right. I’m personally not going to do this deal until tomorrow just in case.

Reply

where did you find this rebate form? the only one I see is the P&G one but only through shopping at KMART.

Reply

Susan January 29, 2012 at 3:38 pm

It is in the Smart Source near the coupons for Speedstick and Irish Spring. I think it is regional.

For those of us who live in CT, my circular says Garelick Farms Milk 1 gallon is on sale for $3.49 with a $1.00 ECB, limit 2. There was a $1.00 coupon in the SS 1/12/12, so that’s $1.49 for a gallon of milk after coupon and ECB.

Reply

Jess January 28, 2012 at 9:01 pm

Sorry I meant SS1/15/12.

Reply

Laurie January 28, 2012 at 11:53 pm

I think you have to get at least an additional half gallon of tru moo to use the coupon.

Reply

Jen January 29, 2012 at 7:58 pm

If you do then thats news to me used the coupon last night on one gallon of milk and it went through

Hmm I have a 10 CASH CARD I see free shopping for me this week think i will do it all if i get the coupons

Reply

Dijah4 January 29, 2012 at 8:30 am

The pretzel M&M’s are included in the sale. My trip ended up being cheaper than expected. The Lady Speed Stick ended up free for me after the B1G1 coupons. I didn’t realize until I left the store, but the coupon took off the full value, 3.99. So I got 6 things of deodorant, 2 things of detergent, and 2 bags of pretzel M&M’s for 5.98, and got 6 ECB’s back.

Reply

Anonymous January 29, 2012 at 12:30 pm

I got that deal on the lady speed stick too where all 6 ended up being free with the bogo coupons ($3.99 off each set of 2) plus i got the $6 reward. Yay!

Reply

Darlene January 30, 2012 at 5:52 am

The speed stick Q’s rang up at $3.99 for me also! I even asked the cashier because I tried to use an ECB and he knew it. He told me to buy something else because my total before tax would end up being less than my ECB! LOVE my CVS. He said he couldn’t adjust it down he tried but for some reason they are having a problem with the Q so Yay me 12 free deodorants and a $12 MM. LOVE CVS!!!!

Reply

kmegg January 30, 2012 at 9:30 pm

my cvs had some ladies speed sticks on clearance $.99 & my coupon still took off 3.99.

Reply

Amira February 1, 2012 at 2:28 am

My CVS cashier this trip was horrible! I did multiple transactions and twice I did not get the proper amount of ECBs back. The cashier kept calling the manager over and they both acted annoyed with me that prices weren’t ringing up as marked on the shelves and my ECBs weren’t printing out. I was at the register for 25 minutes with just 12 items. I had to accompany the staff three times to the shelves to point out the marked prices and ECB info. I eventually had them clear up all their mistakes and left paying less than anticipated because of those great BOGO coupons ringing up all my speed sticks for free.

Forgive me I haven’t been doing the spend 30 get 10 deals. Is it 30 before or after coupons? I think the pampers will be a decent deal with the 1.50 coupons and the gift card…

Reply

Dijah4 January 29, 2012 at 9:31 am

It’s $30 before coupons.

Reply

Josh January 29, 2012 at 12:59 pm

It is after coupons.

Reply

Jennifer January 29, 2012 at 4:01 pm

I know that some things are different in different states because of laws but, I work for CVS and unless it’s different at other stores, it is before coupons.

Reply

Jen January 29, 2012 at 7:59 pm

CT is before coupons

Reply

Dawn January 30, 2012 at 3:56 pm

it also depends on the ‘deal’ and who is sponsoring it. If it is CVS its before coupons, if its a rebate say from P&G, then its after coupons in their current promotion (so you have to spend $30.00 OOP to make the P&G work regardless of what store you buy the items from) other stores may be after coupons also (ex; ACME on their promos).

There are 2 different Smart sources in the papers today…..I live in Staten Island NY and bout the Staten Island Advance(had the Irish Spring), the NY Post(had NO SMARTSOURCE), and the Daily News(had Smartsource but not the Irish Spring one) but it was OK because in the circular bag that gets delivered to my house thye were in there and I ended up with like 6 of the that way….

How do u get a circular bag delivered ..?? From where ..??

Reply

Janelle S January 30, 2012 at 9:35 am

Sanj…… the circular bag gets delivered to my house each week on Wednesday or thursday and there are always circulars for the upcoming week and 1 (sometimes 2) coupon inserts that will be in the upcoming newspaper…..I don’t know where it comes from, I don’t have to order it or pay for it or anything it just gets delivered everyweek

Waow that’s cool .. I wonder how that happens … I get redplum around wed or thur .. N once a while ss… It’s usually either or and that too a week or two later than the actual week it’s supposed to Come :(

Reply

Melissa January 30, 2012 at 4:56 pm

I didn’t get the circular delivered for a while either, but then I signed up for it on RedPlum.com. I think the previous owner of my house opted out. I get it most weeks now, but sometimes I think it gets stolen. grr…

Reply

Dawn January 30, 2012 at 4:00 pm

its 2.97….takeoff the 6 ECB fr transaction #3….8.97 – 6 = 2.97….and mm

Karen January 29, 2012 at 5:32 pm

For the thermacare patches if they are $5.99 each and you have to by 3 thats $17.97 minus the $1.00 coupons for each of them and the $6.00 reward from transaction 3 comes to $8.97 not $2.97.

I was doing the Irish Spring Body Wash deal and had an Irish Spring deodorant coupon as well so I checked that. One type was the Classic Irish Spring deodorant 2.7 oz on 50% clearance so down to $2.07 and I had the $1.00 off coupon.

So, I went out to CVS to try to do the Shave cream deal but no luck at the two I went to. I did score nicely with the Pantene $3/2 coupons that I received after the Shoprite deal was over ( I did get plenty of shampoo/conditioner then). The large bottles of Pantene were on clearance for $1.74 each! There was no sign, it had a shelf price of $6.99, but thanks to the posts on this site I decided to price check. So I used up the remainder of my coupons between 2 CVS stores and I am very happy for now. Hopefully I will find the shave cream tomorrow when I cross state lines. If you have any of those $3/2 Pantene coupons left, it comes out to $0.24 per bottle. Just an FYI -

Anyone have the coupon for 75. off one colgate in this weeks newspaper? I got a 35. off!!! ugh!

Reply

Alissa C. January 30, 2012 at 1:08 pm

This may be a dumb question, but in regards to the rebate form (all of them) if it says spend $10 get $5 MIR, and you use a few q’s, does that take away from the $10? I guess what I am asking is does the $10 have to be OOP? or you could just circle the sales price and ignore the coupons?

Reply

karen January 30, 2012 at 2:36 pm

ignore the cpns…that’s how deals become better or sometimes makes money;)

Reply

Dawn January 30, 2012 at 4:10 pm

ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT AND DO NOT IGNORE THE COUPONS. Ex: P&G is spend $30 get $10…but their fine print definitely says calculated after all other discounts are applied. That means you need to have $30.00 OOP. for the rebate to work. So if it is on sale it does not count shelf price, but sale price, If you used coupons and spent $15.00 OOP , you will NOT get the rebate of $10.00. You need $30.00 paid by you and if you used coupons then you need precoupon price even higher. ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT. another Example….To get 3 of the $3 thermacare coupons, you need to have 3 other addresses & emails so it will print, other wise you get one coupon. Your extended family will have to help you get those coupons. Alot of sites are now changing their tactics. So the deal does not come out as above. Always remember everything is ‘speculative based on your particular specifics & nothing is gauranteed.’ LOL!

Had an awesome trip at CVS today. Didn’t find any skintimate/Schick hydro or Tom’s mouthwash for sale but did end up getting the following:
4 – Lady Speed Stick Deodorant
1 – Colgate Total
1 – Colgate Sensitive
2 – 40 ct Advils
1 – Thermacare Neck
Used :
2 – B1G1 Lady speed stick q
1 – $1/1 cvs colgate total (reinventing beauty q)
1 – $1/1 cvs colgate sensitive (reinventing beauty q)
1 -$1/1 colgate man. q
2 – $1/1 Advil
1- $3/1 Thermacare
1 – $4 off $20(glad i checked my account)
1 – $7 ECB
Total OOP – $1.45
Got back $4 and $6 ECB and qualify for both the Colgate/Palmolive and Pfizer rebates! =:)

Reply

Dessa January 30, 2012 at 4:18 pm

Okay- question here because my manager isn’t sure even-

If I did the hallmark deal 2 weeks ago. can I do it again?
it says Limit , but is it 1 per week or 1 at all during promo time period?

Reply

Phil January 30, 2012 at 4:43 pm

yes you can – i have done it every time they have the promotion!

Reply

Brooke January 30, 2012 at 5:23 pm

I think you can. When I went to CVS yesterday the Hallmark deal is not listed on the bottom of the receipt an did it two weeks ago. Usually it will list it and say you have reached your limit if it is one that lasts for the month.

Reply

Jennifer S January 30, 2012 at 4:36 pm

Be careful! I bought the speed stick and the thermacare on the same receipt and now I see that both MIRs require the original receipt, no photocopies accepted. So be sure to do them in separate transactions!

Reply

Phil January 30, 2012 at 4:44 pm

good catch! perhaps they you can explain that to them, or return the advil and do the transaction again

Reply

Jenn January 31, 2012 at 10:23 am

Oh no, I didn’t see that. I might have to return my advil and thermacare and repurchase them for another receipt. What a pain!

Reply

Jenna January 30, 2012 at 6:47 pm

For the Colgate-Palmolive rebate it says include “UPC information” Do I have to cut off UPCs or can I just include a paper with the UPC numbers? There is no where on the form to include it? It will be hard to get the UPCs off of my deoderant

I did not get the Colgate rebate in my paper and I am in need of one. I do have an extra Pfizer rebate if anyone needs it. I will gladly trade it. I work with a gal who delivers the newspaper before coming to her day job with me. Every week she gives me the extra inserts. Sometimes it is 17 – 22 inserts. No kidding!! I have an abundant amount of Qs that are just going to expire (more so with the baby stuff). Anyone who responds to this, I will see what I have to trade for a Colgate rebate. I am sure you will be very pleased with what I have to share. Provide your email and I will contact you. Also, I am in Rhode Island so some of our Qs have better value than what I am seeing here on LRWC.

Some of our coupons are higher value than other areas meaning we have $1.50 of Johnsonville sausage where other areas might have $1.00 off the same product. Sometimes they have $1 off an item and we have BOGO. Today I just got 46 inserts of the 1/22/12 SS. If you need anything from them let me know.

Not sure if this was mentioned. I saw a display at front checkout for Vaseline Total Moisture 3 oz. for $0.99. There is a coupon for $1/1 Vaseline 3 oz.+ in RP 1/29/12. I know Walmart has this priced at $0.97. I’m using this to increase my total so I can use the $10 off $50 purchase coupon.

Question about CVS….do the Extrabucks deals roll from week to week. I tried to get in on a Schick deal last week….spend $20 get $10 ECBs. I bought two packages of Schick disposable razors at $9.79 each…..it didn’t trigger the ECB and my receipt said I needed to spend 0.42 to get the ECBs. Is that deal over now? Did I miss out. It was the week of Jan 22-28. Thank you.

Intresting Tidbits from my trip today-

There is a hidden ECB Deal- Buy $15 of Mennen, get $5 ECB
Some of the Speed Stick are working for it- mostly clearance ones. If you look at the back- some say ColgatePalmolive- some say Mennen.
They were clearanced at my store for .99

There are also Fekkaii Samples and Coupons in my store. $2/1 Fekkaii CVS coupon exp 1/31/12. Lowest price that qualifies for ECB was $8.99 so it would be 1.99 after Q and ECB ($5/1)

Xtra Laundry Detergent was $1.49 in My Store (worked towards Cash Card)

If you got a Raincheck for the Revlon Nail deal last week- you can get a double dip- it counts towards the Cash Card and they are BOGO 50% off this week ;)
So it would look like this-
1 revelon nail file bonus pack $3.69
1 revlon nail file bonus pack $1.84
- 2x $1/1 Q
$3.53 +tax OOP
get Back $7 ECB (rain check)
and get $5.53 towards $10 cash card

First of all, thank you so much Cindy, for all the work you put into LRWC! You rock!

Now, my CVS trip yesterday: Went in *hoping* to find the Tom’s of Maine mouthwash for $2.99 (clearance) and WOOT! It was on clearance at my CVS for $2.89!! Got two of those, and earned my $3 ECBs on both!! Then of course, got the Reese’s peanut butter egg (my 3 year old son was helping me price check the Tom’s so I gave in and got him the egg) for 87 cents, earned 87 cents ECB. Also, scored the three American Greetings cards (99 cent ones) and earned $3 ECBs on that… All told, I spent $10.14 oop and earned $9.87 in ECBs. Or, 28 cents. Going to check out a different CVS today – mine didn’t have any water – and use some of my happily earned ECBs there! :)

Happy saving!

2 m&m s 2 for 5
-$32ecb
-$9 nyquil coupons

So really 14.99 for all after i submit for 5$ rebate and get back 8 ecb is that right ? not including tax.

i think it might even be better to add the physcians formula lip gloss instead of the razor!!! yayyyyyy!!!! 3 pepsi 11, 1 lip gloss 6.99(after coupon), 1 ink 30= 47.99-29ecb get back 4+7=11 then submit for 5$rebate from trans 1 so final OOP inckuding rebat &ecb would be 8.99.

I’m sorry if this posted twice…its my first time commenting :) Does anyone know if CA is excluded on the Colgate rebate form? If not does anyone have a form they can trade me? I don’t have kids so I have diaper and wipes coupons available as well as dog food and treats coupons since we only have cats. Thank you in advance and happy saving!!!!

I don’t know if anyone else received a coupon from CVS in the mail but its for $3 off 3 hallmark cards and it does not say excludes the 99cent cards..so this would be a $3 money maker! Buy 3 of the 99cent hallmark cards..use $3 on 3 coupon and get back $3 in ECB!!

went to CVS on Stelton in P’way. They would not give the ECB on Hallmark cards b/c they said deal was only good on Valentine’s cards, b/c that’s all that was pictured. Also, they had the Overnight diapers clearanced to 75% off, but would not sell them for that price b/c the package said “new” and why would they clearance something that’s new (even though the signs did)? Because the pk can change and say “old” when it’s no longer new?

What a waste of time. I hate going to that CVS, they don’t usually have anything anyway – but I was in the area.
