I don’t know why, but I got it. Looking at their available coupons, it was same as Bettry Crokers coupons and showed what I printed before from BC.
So if you are member of BC, you are eligible I think.

I’ve been a member for a couple of years, requested it today and it said it would be sent.
I was a member for a year or so and it wouldn’t let me request the sample
fine print not only says membership prior to 1/10/12 bc I signed up but also says for those who recv’d the email
