Re: the Salmon…it is previously frozen so it’s best not to buy it with hopes of refreezing. The guy behind the counter sold me the sides of salmon packaged as they arrive at the store…vaccuum sealed in about 2 lb increments. I bought 4 packs and just dropped them in my freezer…no need to break out the vaccuum sealer. The only issue is that you will need to figure out how eat two pounds of salmon in a day or two.
