Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!
I sure wish Skippy had coupons, because 1.99 is a very low price, considering the rise in PB prices!!! Especially since I stocked up on all that free Welchs Natural Jelly this week!:-)

I am assuming the 14oz Cheerios is the original (yellow box) only. Can someone confirm? TIA

Acme in Audubon had a ton of OTC drugs and other items 75% off by the front door. Baby Advil, Cold meds, J&J First aid pads, tons of hair dye, adult diaper type products, dog nylabones, rubbermaid portable beverage containers. Got a ton of stuff for free after coupons.

Anyone know the zip code for the 55/1 brawny Q or is it already gone. Thanks.

Reply

Lady J February 10, 2012 at 1:19 am

I’m thinking it’s probably NLA.

Reply

Annonomous February 14, 2012 at 12:22 pm

Has anyone used the .55 cent brawny q on the single rolls? My coupon stated BIG roll and I didn’t see that on the rolls that were on sale.

Reply

Steph S. February 10, 2012 at 9:11 am

How do the coupons work for the Old Orchard cranberry juice, can you use a BOGO coupon and a $1 off coupon on only 2 items at Acme?
It sounds like a great deal so I’d like to confirm before purchasing.

Reply

Cristine February 10, 2012 at 9:18 am

We had .35/1 Duncan Hines cake mix Qs in a recent insert, so combined with store Q for 3 day sale = .18!!!!

Reply

CK February 10, 2012 at 10:49 am

Qs that are NLA. :(
ALL GONE:
.55/1 Brawny printable
.75/1 Solo printable
$1/1 Old Orchard Cranberry naturals
.50/1 Old Orchard Cranberry naturals

Also the $1/1 Nutrition product can NOT be used for the bars. Q states it’s for 8.75 oz – 10.25 oz and the bars do not fall within that range.

Finally, for everyone asking how to print the military coupons, you cannot print them unless you are a military member or dependent. There is a registration process to allow you to access the site and it’s content and you have to provide verifiable information that you are military.

I have all that as my husband is retired, but it still won’t bring me to coupons. Very confusing.

Bre February 10, 2012 at 11:51 am

What a great week! I usually pick up a few things here and there from acme but I’m going to be doing a pretty big trip today.

Reply

Does anyone know if multiple “more you shop the more you save” catalina deals can be done in one transaction and print multiple catalinas? For example can I buy 4 solo plates in one transaction and get two $1 catalinas? Or would I have to split it into two transactions buying 2 plates at a time?

Reply

Anonymous February 10, 2012 at 2:52 pm

There’s no limit!

Reply

Josie T February 10, 2012 at 1:41 pm

And CK, do you know if the military website is for veterans as well or only active military?

Reply

CK February 10, 2012 at 2:50 pm

It says “we bring specialized savings and consumer promotions directly to the active and retired Military families worldwide.” You have to enter what base you’re assigned to/shop at and have to have commissary/exchange privileges, so if you’re a veteran but didn’t serve your full 20 to have continuing base privileges it looks like you can’t participate.

Just went to Acme to pick up the Mission Tortillas 10 ct. – sale price 2/$4 – with buy 2 get $1 catalina. There were $1.00 off peelies on each (I think there were “peelie stealers” though as not all had them). Paid $2 OOP – after the catalina $1 for 2 packs. Yay!!!!

Reply

Shita February 10, 2012 at 9:15 pm

i got multiple Catalina deal tonight. only the Old Orchard and Yoplait Multipack didn’t print. went to CS and them print.

Reply

Meg February 11, 2012 at 8:11 am

Does anyone know if this is just the yellow box cheerios, or other varieties as well? I still have a raincheck from a few weeks back for the PB cheerios for $1.88 a box so this would be a great deal for me if they are included!

Reply

maria February 11, 2012 at 8:41 am

I used my rainck last night on frosted toast crunch and 3 dulce de leche cheerios and cat didn’t print. So my guess is yes only on the yellow box. Ck the ‘price tag’ when u there to see is the qualify. Or ask CS desk before purchasing. I had my lil ones with me and they were tired so I really didn’t care , I just wntd to get out.

I noticed the ad for the buy $15, get $5 back Dove/Degree stated “minimum purchase redemption stated after manufacturer coupons are redeemed.” Is this language typical for Acme sales? Or is it really calculated after coupons?

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 3:02 pm

you need $15.00 out of pocket for most Acme stores. Catalina deals may run differently at other stores such as calc off shelf price, you use coupons and sale price to drop your out of pocket, but at Acme, when it says calculated after other discounts and coupons then you need to pay that amt out of pocket…on rare occasions they dont’ have their registers ‘programmed’ and you get a better deal…..but they have folks that double check and ‘fix’ the programs to get their minimum purchase ‘payment’ before the catalina prints… :(

joy February 12, 2012 at 7:37 pm

FYI, the scott toilet paper 12-packs at my acme had $.50 peelies on them. I was able to use them with the $1/2 coupon.

Michelle February 12, 2012 at 8:48 pm

This week Acme also has Mentos gum on sale for 1.00 so if you have the .55 cent coup you can get the gum for free with .10 overage =)

There was a 50¢ off 1 coupon for the Birdseye steamfresh veggies in the
1/8 SS. This will double making them free! It expires 2/26/12.

Happy couponing all :-)

Reply

CK February 13, 2012 at 9:11 am

Unfortunately that coupon is only for the Chef’s Favorites & they’re not on sale. :( I took my Q hoping for the best, but those are considerably more expensive.

Reply

Bernell February 13, 2012 at 2:09 pm

Actually, I just came back from Acme and the Chef’s favorites were included in the sale!
Now I just need to gather my coupons and head on over before they change their mind!:-)

Reply

CK February 13, 2012 at 5:52 pm

Lucky! They were def. not included at my ACME in SJ!

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 3:04 pm

CK, may I ask where you are in SJ?? I’m vineland…

Reply

CK February 14, 2012 at 3:13 pm

This was at the Moorestown store in Burlington County

Reply

Steph S. February 13, 2012 at 8:29 pm

Must be regional. I couldn’t locate this coupon.

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 12:11 pm

FYI<Kikkoman Soy and Terriyaki are NOT marinades, therefore your Catalina deal is different. If I remember right, 2 soy sauces will get you a $1.00 catalina, and if you check the actual catalina deal you need 3 marinades to get a $2.00 catalina…..

Reply

Cindy February 14, 2012 at 12:28 pm

Teriyaki is a marinade. It’s shown right on the details of the catalina. You are right, the catalina was suppose to read $1.50 back and be $0.25 each.

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 12:47 pm

ok, my store doesn’t carry teriyaki ‘marinade’ , when I bought them I only got the $1.00 just like the soy the week before…

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 12:44 pm

SaraLee Deli meat coupon was used up as of 2/3/12…..why is it posted on 2/10 deals?

Reply

Cindy February 14, 2012 at 1:00 pm

If you printed the coupon it does not expire until 3/2/12.

Did anyone else try to buy the Philadelphia Inquirer this week and not find any coupons in it?!? We tried a few different papers and there were no coupons. I am seeing many 2/12S coupons and can’t figure out how you got them. Any suggestions???

Reply

Dawn February 14, 2012 at 3:07 pm

Philadelphia Inquirer should have had the SS in it. They were in the ones I checked. But they have STOPPED carrying the RedPlum….when I couldn’t find the RP, I remembered and said, nope, not worth it for one insert, they just lost my business.

Reply

Kate February 14, 2012 at 3:57 pm

Dawn, what paper do you get toget SS and RP now? I was so frustrated and fairly certain the store owner or another couponer just took them out of the papers :( Would love to know how to get both inserts!

Reply

Jenn February 14, 2012 at 4:25 pm

I get the courier times in bucks county, it has both SS and RP in them. I get the inquirer also b/c they have different/more SS q’s in them sometimes.

Reply

Kate February 14, 2012 at 4:53 pm

Thank you Jenn – great advice. Do you get them delivered? I am new to couponing and am trying to find the best papers to get the most/best inserts. I currently have been getting 8-10 inquirers but am totally annoyed by this past Sunday’s debacle. I live in Radnor so if anyone has any suggestions on how to get inserts I’d love to hear them.

Reply

Bernell February 14, 2012 at 5:22 pm

Kate..
Sometimes I buy one of each…the Courier and the Inquirer!
I live in Bucks County, and the Inquirer does have better coupons….

I use my uprewards at riteaid to buy newspapers
Along with recycling hunting…and ordering
any other coupons on ebay when I need them..
I’ve just started using my savingstar money to buy coupons on eBay…
Unfortunately, we sometimes get shortchanged on the coupons……

vICTORIA February 15, 2012 at 12:29 am

Thank you Cindy! Does anyone know if you can buy from more than just one product in the “the more you buy the more you save” . IE, could I buy 2 yogurts and 2 old orchards juices and get 2 catalinas from that one transaction? Thanks

I did last nite…..
They work perfectly and the coupons actually took off $1.10..
