CVS: Axe Shower Gel Clearance & Deal
I know that most of us can get men’s body wash for free with all the deals out there but, some of you may have men in your house that LOVE Axe products. If you do, then you might want to check out the deal at CVS this week.
The Axe Instinct Shower Gel is on clearance for $2.89. Plus there is a Buy 3 Axe Products and get a $4 ECB deal. The deal does state, excludes clearance, however these are working for the deal.

Did you actually test this deal out at the register? The ad says that clearance items are supposed to be excluded from the $4 ECB deal. Also, isn’t there a $1.25/2 printable that was recently available that could be used?
Yes I tested it. I know it states that clearance is excluded but it worked which is why I stated that in post. There was a BOGO coupon but that expired.
I pruchased 3 new ax products and got the $400 CVS bucks, but the store didn’t hany any clearance Axe Prducts. Very disappointing. Should all stores have some? aldso do u have any Axe coupns? I have NEVER ReCEived any? gET bLADE AND oLD spice BUT NEVER AXE. cAN U PLEASE SEND DOME?

Hey heather where did you find the $1/1 coupon?
Our CVS had them 3/$13 and a $4 RR. It didn’t say clearance. I have some $1.35/2 coupons, but decided to wait. It’s about as cheap to use the coupons at Walmart and not fool with the RRs. A lady’s Axe is coming soon. I doubt I’ll be able to find it, like I couldn’t find the gift sets at Christmas– they’ll go quickly!

What? No way? They had signs up for it? Oh my goodness. Well, there is a Schick deal again this week on the razors which was the same deal the last time it happened. Good gracious.
Natalie, I can’t get to CVS until later tomorrow. Can you tell me the following:
1. Were there peelies still on the products?
2. When you tried it did it show a limit reached on your receipt?
3. Were there signs up at the store like last time or did you just stumble upon it.
hi cindy. i saw this deal last night, too. just the yellow hangtag indicating you’ll get a $4 ECB. i didn’t see any peelies on the bottles. admittedly, i didn’t jump on this offer since i bought about 6 cans last time. i saw this hangtag attached to the larger skintimate can.

I did not see any peelies either. They had the tag up for the Extra Buck. It was the “other tag” the one for items not in the flyer and the one they won’t write rainchecks for. I went to two different CVS’s last week and couldn’t get the deal since they were sold out.
I don’t see any “limit Reached” on the receipt. Although, the Extra Bucks did not print right away, for either product. Luckily the cashier knew right away and overrode the system for me.
My other product was a double pack of cotton balls that were $4.99 with $2 extrabucks advertised right on the packaging itself.
Did you test this deal yourself? It may be that your store never realized the deal was pulled and still has the signs up. This was the case at my CVS.
Saturday 2 weeks ago I got 2 and ECBs didn’t print. I told the manager and he was like “that sign only says some items are included in this sale, not specifically this one”. I explained that the item description and size is written in the sign… Then he says “your receipt says you have 2 towards this promotion and need 1 more, if you buy one more I’ll print you a 4ECB” I explained that that was from buying 2 razors and even then, the offer had a limit of 100, even if I bought 30 of them it would say amount needed for next reward is 1…. I hate it when managers just don’t know their own policy. This was no shift manager, this was the entire Store manager. Of course now I know the deal was pulled so I wouldn’t try this deal unless you know your store will honor the signs.
My store also had the signs, I told the manager about it but she said that the signs were put last night. I bought 2 skintimates creams, but the EB didn’t print, manager did honor the offer and printed me $8 EB. Maybe the never took the signs down.
oops, I meant the deodorant, not the shower gel. Wow, I started to get the Skintimate, it was $3.89 for the larger can and there was a $2 peelie on it, but it said nothing about the ECBs. Maybe I should try it and see if it prints.
My CVS has has the Skintimate deal all month, it is a month long promotion, granted they get like 3 cans a week in but yeah it has worked all month for me. I have gotten 10 cans so far
