NJ Happenings: Dr. Seuss Storytime, Saturday Club and Purim on Parade

For New Jersey Residents:  Here are some free and/or inexpensive family activities for this weekend.

  • Saturday, 2/25: Dr. Seuss Storytime: Reading of the Lorax.  Bring the kids to your local Target to hear a live reading of The Lorax, receive free goody bags and take part in activities! This event is free. 9:00am – 11:00am. Click here to find out more.
  • Saturday, 2/25: Saturday Club at Camp Riverbend in Warren. Enjoy games, sports, crafts, cooking, nature, music and more. 9:30am – 11:00am. This event is free. Click here to find out more.
  • Sunday, 2/26: Purim on Parade at the Madison Community House.  Create edible characters from the Purim story and show off your favorite costume in a parade. 2:00pm – 4:00pm.  $5/children. Click here for more information.
