Where is the in ad coupon? In the flyer or something? And do I need a rite aid loyalty card for this?

The ad is in this weeks flyer. You do need a rite aid loyalty card (Wellness card). I did this early this morning and only had to pay .84! Great deal!!

Oops! Forgot to say I paid .84 for 3 this morning!

Take a look at the bar code. Normal manufacturer coupon’s bar codes start with a “5″. The in-ad coupon isn’t exactly a manufacturer coupon. It starts “RC49″. That literally means “Rite Aid Coupon”. Direct from their coupon policy:

“No more than one “48” Rite Aid Valuable coupon, one “49” Rite Aid Manufacturer coupon, and one “5” Manufacturer coupon can be used on a single item.”

The “and” in that sentence is the important part. It means that you can use any combination of those three coupon types on one single item.

I really hope that that didn’t sound snotty. In my head it was friendly and direct, but re-reading it… ? I’m just trying to be helpful :)

Thanks for that explanation, Julianna. I am just beginning with RiteAid and need to understand these things. Very helpful :)

Rite Aid is actually pretty easy. I do CVS and skip Wags b/c I don’t like RR. If RA was closer, I would do RA too. It’s very similar to CVS – just a shorter lifespan on RA’s +UPs than CVS’s ECBs. Good luck.

I also found it in the Hartford Current. You just have to check the store where you buy your papers. Same store I went too had only one coupon insert = the next one had two

Haha no not snotty… It was very helpful :) good to know. I don’t normally shop at rite aid but for free light bulbs I’ll be there. There are so many policies to keep track of. Anyway, thanks for the answer!

can anyone who has purchased these let me know if they are adding to the buy and save totals? GE brands are supposed to be included but there was no buy and save sticker for these in the ad.

That’s when a filler item come in handy. They usually have something low cost near the register that you can add to your purchase. If you add this item then your coupon should work.
