My Target in Philly has Neutrogena make up remover wipes (7 ct) – $1.99 near the registers – the cashier let me use the
1.50/1 Neutrogena Skin Care or Hair Care Product
coupon so I got it for $.40 – which is good for me b/c I like to cut them in half (I find them too big as is), I’ll def. be going back
