I have a small place too, but ive gotten creative with where to put my stockpile, i’ve learned my lesson, when theres a sale i stock up and i worry where ill put everything later. Its so upsetting to pass on a sale only to pay full price the next week.
Agreed! Our [currently renting] house is only 372 sq feet and all paper goods I stock up on go in the “attic” [paper towels, toilet paper]. All HBA goes down in our basement on a bookshelf so I can find it all. Our cabinets are luckily very deep so we luck out there. I keep spare cereal on top of the W/D unit in the kitchen. My only problem is meat.. our freezer is SO small I have nowhere to freeze meat!

@ Robi When I trying to do a quick transaction after work I swore I seen the scott paper towels for 6.99 if you have the .99 cents coupons it doubles and the five dollar cat they would be free. And the fantastic is on sale for a 1.99 AND IF YOU HAVE THE .75 cent coupons from last week with the 5 dollar cat it would be a 3 dollar money maker. Hope that helps

You can use the $5 cats fron scotts and viva on anything and on any date. I rolled them into my second transaction on Thursday and they went thru no prob! I also used my munchmania cats on the cleaning products! I got $83 worth of cleaning products for NO $oop. I used $40 in MM Cats, $5 scott cat and $5 viva Cat along with e coupons and manf coupons. I shop at the SR in Ramsey if that helps.

Laura D, If I get a duplicate receipt(crossing fingers) they are 2 different offers, it doesn’t hurt to try (although Iwas thinking the same thing).
Yu may want to point out during the transaction that you need another copy of the receipt. Sometimes, cashiers can’t print once the transaction is ended. Also, if they can’t do it at the register, they may be able to at customer service. You can ask there before your in too deep.
Cashiers can print a second receipt as long as they do it as soon as they finish the order ….customer service can not reprint a receipt..we can only print a copy of the transaction details from our system that is on computer paper
I got the duplicate receipt without any problems at the regular checkout lane. I did look for a cashier I knew would be experienced. One transaction down, one to go!
I checked at customer service and they said that if you ask at the register they can print one out right away or you can go back to customer service and get one printed. I was able to get a duplicate receipt at the register (it looks a little different but mostly the same) but my sister got hers at customer service and it was printed on regular paper. Therefore, make sure you ask at the register!
I guess this is the big question. Does Shoprite give duplicate receipts? We need original receipts to submit for the offers. Also the Visa card offer states Limit one per household. Hmmmmm…….

The fine print on the catalina with the offer, for both the P&G and the Pur filter, both say that you need the original. They also say that mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. I’m wondering if a duplicate receipt would be considered a mechanical reproduction. I sent my P&G rebate with a duplicate, which the cashier had no problem doing at the end of my transaction. I’m hoping the duplicate receipt doesn’t cause a problem or prevent me from getting my rebate.
Do you happen to know the address to mail in for the Pur? When customer service printed out the form (didn’t print at the register) I didn’t realized that the information was very faint. I went to address my envelope (so that I can mail it today) and there is NO WAY I can make out the address information of where to mail it. Do you still have that information? By the way, I usually get a dupicate receipt (this time I forgot since I was more concerned that the CAT didn’t print). I use the original to send away for my rebates and keep the duplicates for my credit card statements. I hope that helps. But, ususally the duplicate would be just as good since it is printeed at the register. I just think that they don’t want photocopies since people probably alter them.

Thank you. There were Pictsweet tearpad coupons out somewhere that I bought from someone on ebay, $1/2 making them .49c each. My hubby uses these for lunches. I heat them the night before and add over some rice and spinach. Needless to say, we go through a ton of these. Another month’s worth of lunches for under $10! Woohoo!

chunk cheese is awesome. It has a long fride life (unopened). It’s a great thing to keep on hand for sudden company. I think it’s the beginning of further gloom. My Shop-Rite started firmly adhering to a new rule that they claim comes from Corporate. When any coupon doesn’t scan, it is refused. This Shop-Rite had been delightful about coupons, always helpful in every way. The Manager was also helpful and apologize to me about this policy but said that, too often, they are not being reimbursed for Internet coupons.
Rite-Aid values are no longer terrific and, I fear, this is the beginning to the end of couponing.
I blame thise who fradulently use coupons just two weeks ago in my riteaid a woman tried to use a $10/1 colgate whitestrips coupon off a $1.99 tube of toothpaste. She figured the cashier wouldn’t notice and manually enter it. That’s why the stores are getting more strict with coupon policies. It makes it harder for those of us who follow the rules.

Not true everywhere. Yesterday, I had the following cellfire/ecoupons come off in addition to my paper coupons: Keebler Fudge Stripes, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Angel Soft and Birdseye. All total, I spent $42.88 and saved $87.32.
Only problem I had was that the .75/1 SeaPak coupons did not automatically double and I had a front end manager who insisted on reading the approximately 3 inches worth of very fine print on the coupon from start to finish (eeuuwww) before he overrode them and let them double.
Lucky, I had a Apple & Eve $.55 printable that didn’t double and the Shoprite I went too said if it doesn’t automatically double they won’t do it for me.

i like it ti makes it easier when filling a pitcher or glass and you don’t need to keep a pitcher in the fridge. I plan on getting this one for my daughters first place it still lacks a lot of the comforts of home.
I have one and like it a lot, but the replacement filters are rarely on sale and cost around $12 each. You also need to make sure you have a higher faucet because you lose a couple inches of space once you install it.
I’ve stopped buying the faucet mounts because they start leaking before 3 months use! The pitchers may take a little extra work, but at least they last.
i know a few people that have faucet mounts and haven’t heard any complaints of leaks. Have you tried tightening it? (Don’t own one myself so I’m not too sure about the mechanics of it).

Just a heads up because this has never happened to me before. Last night I went to Shoprite and made a much larger than usual purchase. I normally tally up my purchase before heading to the register so I have an idea of what my OOP will be. Of course, last night I had it all written down but didn’t add it up at the end. I did profile my cashier, and picked a good one. At the end I thought the total was a bit high, but like I said, I made a much larger purchase this time. The store was very busy so I figured I’d check out the receipt then clear it up at customer service. Well, my price plus card was scanned & beeped but NEVER took off the discounts! All of my items printed at the higher amounts and at the bottom of my receipt it says I would have saved an additional $19.xx if I had used a price plus card……HUH????? This was at the West Milford, NJ Shoprite. I am hoping it was maybe because my PP card is so old, so I will order a replacement for the future. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else. I will now ALWAYS total my order before checkout. Lesson learned
Sometimes another card on my keychain scans by accident. This happens alot. Check the number on your receipt and see if it’s the PP number you have. If it is I would call SR customer service and see if they could credit you.
Funny that happened to me yesterday in Shoprite. My ecoupon didn’t come off and then I looked at the total towards my Holiday turkey and it wasn’t right. I looked at the price plus card number and it was my Pathmark card number. When the cashier scanned my keychain it had picked up the Pathmark number. Customer service was closed for the night so will try tomorrow….
this happened to me just a few weeks ago, I took my reciept and price plus card with me and they bought up the sale and re scaned my card and handed me the $16 diff. wctually they said this happens more often then you think. even if I had done self check out and didnt scan my card they would have refunded the diff. its alot easier if you go back before the day ends
I went back today, bc last night cs was closed. They didn’t give me any problems, but the cs lady showed my receipt to the manager and they wanted to blame the cashier. I told them repeatedly that I know she swiped my card and I heard it beep! Yet, they both started to pick on the cashier. I don’t get it. She’s one of the better cashiers and doesn’t get all flustered with coupons, I just hope they don’t follow through with blaming her. I just tried it this morning. I was able to use the B1G1, but not the $0.75 off the toilet gel. So I bought 2 toilet gels for the sale price of $3.79 and 2 Fresh Brush refills for $0. I used the $5.00 Spring it on catalina. Total OOP was $2.58 for all 4 items – $0.64 each.

I just realized that I let 12.50 worth of catalinas expire. They expired on the 31st of March. Do you think Shop rite will still honor them? What has your experience been? Is there hope or shall I bring them to their final resting place…the trash can?
My ShopRite won’t except them but then again my ShopRite is getting stricter and stricter (they won’t even adjust the value of a coupon down $0.01)…If your ShopRite is nice try and see, I would go to customer service first and ask them
My mom had $15 of the Week #2 Munch Mania expire, and she went to customer service in Newton, NJ and they said no way! Then I told her to go to Wharton, NJ and they said No Problem! (these 2 SR are different owners, and the Wharton ones, seem to be very coupon friendly.) But I see a few post down Karen mentioned “Rockaway, NJ” doesnt now accept the internet coupons, and Wharton and Rockaway are the same owners, so I think its hit or miss!

For the Munch Mania $5.00 cat, I bought 2 Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheeses for $1.99 each and used a $1.50 coupon (printed at the register at a prior purchase). Total OOP was $0 and $2.52 was applied towards other purchases in my cart.
i think milk is a month, I’ve never had to freeze it longer than a few days, so I don’t know for sure. I can tell you that whole milk does not unfreeze well.
This appears to be at odds with Shop Rite’s own website! They offer a link to Internet coupons there! I doubt that “Corporate” would agree with this policy.

Shoprite of Rockaway doesnt take any internet coupons either. They havent accepted any of mine in the past two weeks. The first week they told me they need to be printed in color. Now they said they arent taking any at all. They said mine were copies and they weren’t.

Clairol $10 Visa card offer. Has anyone bought 4 Clairol($6.99) $5.49 and gotten the Visa Catalina? Just wanted to be sure it’s based on shelf price not price plus price.
Stop and shop will put them in with an over ride go ASAP and ask for the manager just that you missed handing them in if they say no then say will you do it this onetime they should say yes if they still no call Corp. They will say yes then you will have to go back to the store.
For the P&G deal with the 10$ visa prepaid card, do you have to purchase what is pictured? It says above any of these participating brands, so I was not sure if it had to be what was on sale, or if it could be any item from the listed brands.
Did anybody do the Pur MIR from Shoprite? My CAT didn’t print at the register, so at customer service they printed me one. The only problem is that the address to mail it to is very faint and hard to read. I just saw a $1.00 off coupon for 2 scrubbing bubbles products on savingstar.com which I’m assuming can be combined with the manufacturer coupons on these items for an extra .50 cents off each one (PS – my shoprite stores has these for $2.19 not $1.99
I want to know that if you buy 4 Heads n shoulders as shown in the match up deals totaling above $25 dollars, do they still qualify for a $1o Visa Prepaid Card if you have used coupon for your payments…2 BOGO Coupons.I mean practically after the deal using coupons you end up paying less amount in actual sense than $25…So is the coupon amount included in the spend amount or excluded.
Also there was a mail-in-rebate of Get $15 when you spend $50 on Procter &Gamble qualifying product in same or different transactions. My purchase price of all the qualifying P&G items bought in separate transactions totals $50 plus but after using all the coupons for the items purchased plus the +Up Rewards at Rite Aid and ECB at CVS, I ended up paying $12.56. So my question is does it still qualify so that I can mail in all my receipts. I dont want it to be rejected and losing all my receipts and hope of not getting rebate after the end date of offer.Please tell me. I know the regular price is not considered but only the sale price of the item to total up the required amount but do they include the coupons n rewards amount or exclude them from the Spend amount? To me its still the mode of payment I am using to pay for my stuff so should be included n should still qualify for rebate , though it may not be actually from my pocket but my efforts in collecting them, clipping them and tactfully using them without which I wouldn’t have reduced my actual paying amount…so its still my mode of payment money but not sure on how it works?
The instructions in the ad do not exclude the use of coupons. The $10.00 Visa rebate form printed out for me and I used 2 B1G1 coupons to make my purchase. In my opinion the coupon amount is excluded. I have done other deals like this in the past and have not had any problems, yet anyway.
The rebate asks for the “original receipt”, so I do not think you can get 2 rebates for one purchase. Your Head & Shoulders purchase would be applied towards the $10 Visa OR the $15 P&G, not both.
Why does a manufacturer give out a full rebate when a person uses coupons as a form of payment? I have no idea, that one still confuses me. I am happy that they do! I hope this can answer some of your questions. Sometimes it is a risk sending in a receipt for a rebate when using coupons, I haven’t read posts about companies not handing out the rebates, so to date I have received every rebate or Visa card I have sent in a form for.

thank you for your patience ,time n help…I had two different options as mentioned above and I am not going for two rebates with one purchase but these are totally different purchases. The one that had already totalled up $50 and the other one that I haven’t purchased yet but would do it tomorrow of $25 so that I can send in for another rebate as well. Your answer was a relief…That I need not worry about not using coupons if I want the rebate….So I can go ahead and use the couponing without any problems to worry about getting the rebates. In that case I will save lot of money on my shopping…..Isn’t that great.
I just got back from my shopping trip at SR in Medford, NJ. Never had a problem with coupons there before, until today. I saw several comments on here where people were using the Spring Cleaning cats on anything in their order, not just on the paper towels and cleaning products specifically mentioned. When I tried to use them on my order, the girl asked me if I got those things and then wouldn’t let me use them. Luckily I could take them back and use them next week. Then she looks at my last Munch Mania cat and asks me if I got “all those things” meaning she thought I had to buy one of each product listed to use the cat. I explained that no, you just have to get one of those brands, not all of them, and that I had been using them successfully for the past three weeks. She called her manager over and the manager also tried to tell me that I had to buy one of each brand! The manager even asked me if I printed it from the internet – she didn’t even recognize a cat printed from their own registers! This is what I think these statements mean….

I believe this to mean (in the case of the H&S shampoo for example) the “sale shelf price” (discount) is the price we used to get to the $25 needed to qualify for the $10 Visa (offer).
Now ….. let’s say (in theory) the regular price of that shampoo was $8.59 and is on ‘sale’ for $6.59 (discount) ((not using a price plus discount, of course)), we could NOT buy only 3 to reach the required $25 limit …. (8.59 x 3 = 25.77 but we are only paying 6.59 for the product, 6.59 x 3 = 19.77 this does not qualify) So, we had to buy 4 at $6.59 each to reach the $26.36 (over $25 requirement) for the $10 Visa rebate(offer). Also, not submitting the receipts for 2 rebates (offers) (as I mentioned in a respond to your post last night above). I hope this is making sense, so far. Yet, with the rebates we are allowed to “combine” coupons to pay for our transaction, this does not make much sense but is allowed. For unknown reasons to me the manufacturer does not count coupons as an offer or discount, yet it is a great ‘discount’ for us when we use them and we love when the ‘offer’ them.
Earlier in the week, there were posts about getting duplicate receipts and submitting for both Visa and P&G rebates. I was going to try this, not having the rebate forms in hand. After carefully reading the rebate forms (with a magnifying glass, it was so tiny) I will not. It clearly states submitting for more than one offer would be fraud, in the past on rebate forms restrictions like this were not stated so we could “double dip” and have a money maker. Not this time. Hopefully next time!
At the end of your checkout the cashier should have handed you a catalina with your receipt. The catalina is a rebate form you need to fill out and submit along with your receipt to the required address to have the $10 mailed to your address.
Once again thanks Laura for all the explanations clearing my doubts. I always read all the tiny letter instructions n restrictions on rebate forms. Hence I would never mistake submitting my receipts twice for two different rebate programs because only one rebate is allowed per household, secondly only original receipts are accepted, so getting duplicate for submission is definitely fraud unless it’s for ur record
I purchased the Head and Shoulders for the P&G: Buy $25 Get a $10 Prepaid Card. I do not the have the form from the cashier ( I cannot remember if I got it or tossed it). If someone has the information on where to send it to, can you pass it along? It’s worth a shot to see if I submit my receipt to see if they send it to me.

Agreed! Our [currently renting] house is only 372 sq feet and all paper goods I stock up on go in the “attic” [paper towels, toilet paper]. All HBA goes down in our basement on a bookshelf so I can find it all. Our cabinets are luckily very deep so we luck out there. I keep spare cereal on top of the W/D unit in the kitchen. My only problem is meat.. our freezer is SO small I have nowhere to freeze meat!

@ Robi When I trying to do a quick transaction after work I swore I seen the scott paper towels for 6.99 if you have the .99 cents coupons it doubles and the five dollar cat they would be free. And the fantastic is on sale for a 1.99 AND IF YOU HAVE THE .75 cent coupons from last week with the 5 dollar cat it would be a 3 dollar money maker. Hope that helps

You can use the $5 cats fron scotts and viva on anything and on any date. I rolled them into my second transaction on Thursday and they went thru no prob! I also used my munchmania cats on the cleaning products! I got $83 worth of cleaning products for NO $oop. I used $40 in MM Cats, $5 scott cat and $5 viva Cat along with e coupons and manf coupons. I shop at the SR in Ramsey if that helps.

Laura D, If I get a duplicate receipt(crossing fingers) they are 2 different offers, it doesn’t hurt to try (although Iwas thinking the same thing).
Yu may want to point out during the transaction that you need another copy of the receipt. Sometimes, cashiers can’t print once the transaction is ended. Also, if they can’t do it at the register, they may be able to at customer service. You can ask there before your in too deep.
Cashiers can print a second receipt as long as they do it as soon as they finish the order ….customer service can not reprint a receipt..we can only print a copy of the transaction details from our system that is on computer paper
I got the duplicate receipt without any problems at the regular checkout lane. I did look for a cashier I knew would be experienced. One transaction down, one to go!

I checked at customer service and they said that if you ask at the register they can print one out right away or you can go back to customer service and get one printed. I was able to get a duplicate receipt at the register (it looks a little different but mostly the same) but my sister got hers at customer service and it was printed on regular paper. Therefore, make sure you ask at the register!
I guess this is the big question. Does Shoprite give duplicate receipts? We need original receipts to submit for the offers. Also the Visa card offer states Limit one per household. Hmmmmm…….
I’ve gotten a duplicate receipt before – the dupl has asterisks on it – but they can do it. I did it for a pampers deal – but I did it at customer service desk (they know what they are doing usually)

The fine print on the catalina with the offer, for both the P&G and the Pur filter, both say that you need the original. They also say that mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. I’m wondering if a duplicate receipt would be considered a mechanical reproduction. I sent my P&G rebate with a duplicate, which the cashier had no problem doing at the end of my transaction. I’m hoping the duplicate receipt doesn’t cause a problem or prevent me from getting my rebate.
Do you happen to know the address to mail in for the Pur? When customer service printed out the form (didn’t print at the register) I didn’t realized that the information was very faint. I went to address my envelope (so that I can mail it today) and there is NO WAY I can make out the address information of where to mail it. Do you still have that information? By the way, I usually get a dupicate receipt (this time I forgot since I was more concerned that the CAT didn’t print). I use the original to send away for my rebates and keep the duplicates for my credit card statements. I hope that helps. But, ususally the duplicate would be just as good since it is printeed at the register. I just think that they don’t want photocopies since people probably alter them.

Thank you. There were Pictsweet tearpad coupons out somewhere that I bought from someone on ebay, $1/2 making them .49c each. My hubby uses these for lunches. I heat them the night before and add over some rice and spinach. Needless to say, we go through a ton of these. Another month’s worth of lunches for under $10! Woohoo!

chunk cheese is awesome. It has a long fride life (unopened). It’s a great thing to keep on hand for sudden company. I think it’s the beginning of further gloom. My Shop-Rite started firmly adhering to a new rule that they claim comes from Corporate. When any coupon doesn’t scan, it is refused. This Shop-Rite had been delightful about coupons, always helpful in every way. The Manager was also helpful and apologize to me about this policy but said that, too often, they are not being reimbursed for Internet coupons.
Rite-Aid values are no longer terrific and, I fear, this is the beginning to the end of couponing.

I blame thise who fradulently use coupons just two weeks ago in my riteaid a woman tried to use a $10/1 colgate whitestrips coupon off a $1.99 tube of toothpaste. She figured the cashier wouldn’t notice and manually enter it. That’s why the stores are getting more strict with coupon policies. It makes it harder for those of us who follow the rules.

I noticed on the Yoplait Trix deal you didn’t include the Cellfire saving in the total. Does ShopRite not stack manufacture and Cellfire coupons?

Not true everywhere. Yesterday, I had the following cellfire/ecoupons come off in addition to my paper coupons: Keebler Fudge Stripes, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Angel Soft and Birdseye. All total, I spent $42.88 and saved $87.32.
Only problem I had was that the .75/1 SeaPak coupons did not automatically double and I had a front end manager who insisted on reading the approximately 3 inches worth of very fine print on the coupon from start to finish (eeuuwww) before he overrode them and let them double.
Mine almost never double on the seapak they have to enter them in. I think only once did they double on their own.

i like it ti makes it easier when filling a pitcher or glass and you don’t need to keep a pitcher in the fridge. I plan on getting this one for my daughters first place it still lacks a lot of the comforts of home.
I have one and like it a lot, but the replacement filters are rarely on sale and cost around $12 each. You also need to make sure you have a higher faucet because you lose a couple inches of space once you install it.
I’ve stopped buying the faucet mounts because they start leaking before 3 months use! The pitchers may take a little extra work, but at least they last.
I’ve had mine for 4 years and haven’t had this problem.
i know a few people that have faucet mounts and haven’t heard any complaints of leaks. Have you tried tightening it? (Don’t own one myself so I’m not too sure about the mechanics of it).

Just a heads up because this has never happened to me before. Last night I went to Shoprite and made a much larger than usual purchase. I normally tally up my purchase before heading to the register so I have an idea of what my OOP will be. Of course, last night I had it all written down but didn’t add it up at the end. I did profile my cashier, and picked a good one. At the end I thought the total was a bit high, but like I said, I made a much larger purchase this time. The store was very busy so I figured I’d check out the receipt then clear it up at customer service. Well, my price plus card was scanned & beeped but NEVER took off the discounts! All of my items printed at the higher amounts and at the bottom of my receipt it says I would have saved an additional $19.xx if I had used a price plus card……HUH????? This was at the West Milford, NJ Shoprite. I am hoping it was maybe because my PP card is so old, so I will order a replacement for the future. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else. I will now ALWAYS total my order before checkout. Lesson learned
Sometimes another card on my keychain scans by accident. This happens alot. Check the number on your receipt and see if it’s the PP number you have. If it is I would call SR customer service and see if they could credit you.
I did exactly that and to my surprise there wasn’t any customer number on my receipt. I did get the money from customer service today.
Funny that happened to me yesterday in Shoprite. My ecoupon didn’t come off and then I looked at the total towards my Holiday turkey and it wasn’t right. I looked at the price plus card number and it was my Pathmark card number. When the cashier scanned my keychain it had picked up the Pathmark number. Customer service was closed for the night so will try tomorrow….
This is the exact reason I wait until all the scanning is done before I hand over my PP card. I want to see the discounts come off at the end.
this happened to me just a few weeks ago, I took my reciept and price plus card with me and they bought up the sale and re scaned my card and handed me the $16 diff. wctually they said this happens more often then you think. even if I had done self check out and didnt scan my card they would have refunded the diff. its alot easier if you go back before the day ends
I went back today, bc last night cs was closed. They didn’t give me any problems, but the cs lady showed my receipt to the manager and they wanted to blame the cashier. I told them repeatedly that I know she swiped my card and I heard it beep! Yet, they both started to pick on the cashier. I don’t get it. She’s one of the better cashiers and doesn’t get all flustered with coupons, I just hope they don’t follow through with blaming her. It was either my card, or the computer system …… like that always works perfectly

I just tried it this morning. I was able to use the B1G1, but not the $0.75 off the toilet gel. So I bought 2 toilet gels for the sale price of $3.79 and 2 Fresh Brush refills for $0. I used the $5.00 Spring it on catalina. Total OOP was $2.58 for all 4 items – $0.64 each.
Thanks for the heads up. Was going to go back later in week to do it. I didn’t think it would work but was worth the try. If you used savingstar there was another 1 back on 2…hopefully u got it would bring it down lower but still a great deal since I’m out of the toilet scrubbers!

I went to shop rite this morning for the deal on head and shoulders. I purchased 4 and use 2 b1g1 coupons. after the coupons the price was $14. In the paper it says you get a $10 visa gift card. I asked the lady for the card and it is a paper that prints out and you need to mail in for the visa card. Just a heads up
If you did the Nestle Water Catalina last week can you do it again this week to get the $3 Catalina to print again on the same PP card? thanks
If you got the Crystal Light sample, it came with a $1/1 coupon. Makes them .99, not bad.

I just realized that I let 12.50 worth of catalinas expire. They expired on the 31st of March. Do you think Shop rite will still honor them? What has your experience been? Is there hope or shall I bring them to their final resting place…the trash can?
My ShopRite won’t except them but then again my ShopRite is getting stricter and stricter (they won’t even adjust the value of a coupon down $0.01)…If your ShopRite is nice try and see, I would go to customer service first and ask them
My mom had $15 of the Week #2 Munch Mania expire, and she went to customer service in Newton, NJ and they said no way! Then I told her to go to Wharton, NJ and they said No Problem! (these 2 SR are different owners, and the Wharton ones, seem to be very coupon friendly.) But I see a few post down Karen mentioned “Rockaway, NJ” doesnt now accept the internet coupons, and Wharton and Rockaway are the same owners, so I think its hit or miss!

For the Munch Mania $5.00 cat, I bought 2 Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheeses for $1.99 each and used a $1.50 coupon (printed at the register at a prior purchase). Total OOP was $0 and $2.52 was applied towards other purchases in my cart.
Does anyone know how long you can freeze milk, mozzarella and ricotta cheese?
i think milk is a month, I’ve never had to freeze it longer than a few days, so I don’t know for sure. I can tell you that whole milk does not unfreeze well.
Mount Pocono Shop-Rite WILL be refusing Internet coupons very shortly.
This appears to be at odds with Shop Rite’s own website! They offer a link to Internet coupons there! I doubt that “Corporate” would agree with this policy.

Shoprite of Rockaway doesnt take any internet coupons either. They havent accepted any of mine in the past two weeks. The first week they told me they need to be printed in color. Now they said they arent taking any at all. They said mine were copies and they weren’t.

Heads up! The shoprite in Hamilton Marketplace had the right guard 3d deodorant unscented on managers special for 1.49. I bought 2 and still received the cat for $2 off your next purchase. Yippie! Even better deal!

Stop and shop will put them in with an over ride go ASAP and ask for the manager just that you missed handing them in if they say no then say will you do it this onetime they should say yes if they still no call Corp. They will say yes then you will have to go back to the store.

For the P&G deal with the 10$ visa prepaid card, do you have to purchase what is pictured? It says above any of these participating brands, so I was not sure if it had to be what was on sale, or if it could be any item from the listed brands.
Did anybody do the Pur MIR from Shoprite? My CAT didn’t print at the register, so at customer service they printed me one. The only problem is that the address to mail it to is very faint and hard to read. If someone else got the cat to mail in, can you please email me the address information so that I can fill out my envelope appropriately. Thanks.
I just saw a $1.00 off coupon for 2 scrubbing bubbles products on savingstar.com which I’m assuming can be combined with the manufacturer coupons on these items for an extra .50 cents off each one (PS – my shoprite stores has these for $2.19 not $1.99

I want to know that if you buy 4 Heads n shoulders as shown in the match up deals totaling above $25 dollars, do they still qualify for a $1o Visa Prepaid Card if you have used coupon for your payments…2 BOGO Coupons.I mean practically after the deal using coupons you end up paying less amount in actual sense than $25…So is the coupon amount included in the spend amount or excluded.
Also there was a mail-in-rebate of Get $15 when you spend $50 on Procter &Gamble qualifying product in same or different transactions. My purchase price of all the qualifying P&G items bought in separate transactions totals $50 plus but after using all the coupons for the items purchased plus the +Up Rewards at Rite Aid and ECB at CVS, I ended up paying $12.56. So my question is does it still qualify so that I can mail in all my receipts. I dont want it to be rejected and losing all my receipts and hope of not getting rebate after the end date of offer.Please tell me. I know the regular price is not considered but only the sale price of the item to total up the required amount but do they include the coupons n rewards amount or exclude them from the Spend amount? To me its still the mode of payment I am using to pay for my stuff so should be included n should still qualify for rebate , though it may not be actually from my pocket but my efforts in collecting them, clipping them and tactfully using them without which I wouldn’t have reduced my actual paying amount…so its still my mode of payment money but not sure on how it works?
The instructions in the ad do not exclude the use of coupons. The $10.00 Visa rebate form printed out for me and I used 2 B1G1 coupons to make my purchase. In my opinion the coupon amount is excluded. I have done other deals like this in the past and have not had any problems, yet anyway.
The rebate asks for the “original receipt”, so I do not think you can get 2 rebates for one purchase. Your Head & Shoulders purchase would be applied towards the $10 Visa OR the $15 P&G, not both.
Why does a manufacturer give out a full rebate when a person uses coupons as a form of payment? I have no idea, that one still confuses me. I am happy that they do! I hope this can answer some of your questions. Sometimes it is a risk sending in a receipt for a rebate when using coupons, I haven’t read posts about companies not handing out the rebates, so to date I have received every rebate or Visa card I have sent in a form for.

thank you for your patience ,time n help…I had two different options as mentioned above and I am not going for two rebates with one purchase but these are totally different purchases. The one that had already totalled up $50 and the other one that I haven’t purchased yet but would do it tomorrow of $25 so that I can send in for another rebate as well. Your answer was a relief…That I need not worry about not using coupons if I want the rebate….So I can go ahead and use the couponing without any problems to worry about getting the rebates. In that case I will save lot of money on my shopping…..Isn’t that great.
I just got back from my shopping trip at SR in Medford, NJ. Never had a problem with coupons there before, until today. I saw several comments on here where people were using the Spring Cleaning cats on anything in their order, not just on the paper towels and cleaning products specifically mentioned. When I tried to use them on my order, the girl asked me if I got those things and then wouldn’t let me use them. Luckily I could take them back and use them next week. Then she looks at my last Munch Mania cat and asks me if I got “all those things” meaning she thought I had to buy one of each product listed to use the cat. I explained that no, you just have to get one of those brands, not all of them, and that I had been using them successfully for the past three weeks. She called her manager over and the manager also tried to tell me that I had to buy one of each brand! The manager even asked me if I printed it from the internet – she didn’t even recognize a cat printed from their own registers! She finally did let me use it, while at the same time saying “well, it does say ‘and’.” Really???

I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter as long as the pre-coupon price added up to the qualifying cost…..So I think you should still be able to get the rebate and the Visa Prepaid Card…..HTH

This is what I think these statements mean….

I believe this to mean (in the case of the H&S shampoo for example) the “sale shelf price” (discount) is the price we used to get to the $25 needed to qualify for the $10 Visa (offer).
Now ….. let’s say (in theory) the regular price of that shampoo was $8.59 and is on ‘sale’ for $6.59 (discount) ((not using a price plus discount, of course)), we could NOT buy only 3 to reach the required $25 limit …. (8.59 x 3 = 25.77 but we are only paying 6.59 for the product, 6.59 x 3 = 19.77 this does not qualify) So, we had to buy 4 at $6.59 each to reach the $26.36 (over $25 requirement) for the $10 Visa rebate(offer). Also, not submitting the receipts for 2 rebates (offers) (as I mentioned in a respond to your post last night above). I hope this is making sense, so far. Yet, with the rebates we are allowed to “combine” coupons to pay for our transaction, this does not make much sense but is allowed. For unknown reasons to me the manufacturer does not count coupons as an offer or discount, yet it is a great ‘discount’ for us when we use them and we love when the ‘offer’ them.
Earlier in the week, there were posts about getting duplicate receipts and submitting for both Visa and P&G rebates. I was going to try this, not having the rebate forms in hand. After carefully reading the rebate forms (with a magnifying glass, it was so tiny) I will not. It clearly states submitting for more than one offer would be fraud, in the past on rebate forms restrictions like this were not stated so we could “double dip” and have a money maker. Not this time. Hopefully next time!

At the end of your checkout the cashier should have handed you a catalina with your receipt. The catalina is a rebate form you need to fill out and submit along with your receipt to the required address to have the $10 mailed to your address.
Once again thanks Laura for all the explanations clearing my doubts. I always read all the tiny letter instructions n restrictions on rebate forms. Hence I would never mistake submitting my receipts twice for two different rebate programs because only one rebate is allowed per household, secondly only original receipts are accepted, so getting duplicate for submission is definitely fraud unless it’s for ur record
I purchased the Head and Shoulders for the P&G: Buy $25 Get a $10 Prepaid Card. I do not the have the form from the cashier ( I cannot remember if I got it or tossed it). If someone has the information on where to send it to, can you pass it along? It’s worth a shot to see if I submit my receipt to see if they send it to me.
