With 2 Patrick’s in our house, we like to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. So, for the next 10 days, I’ll be posting “Green” recipes and/or craft ideas to help you guys get in the spirit.
When I saw these cookies I knew I had to share them with you! Besides fitting the “Green” requirement, they look pretty yummy! They are the perfect cookie for St. Patrick’s Day!

We made these delicious cookies for St. Patrick’s Day last year (although it was a slightly different recipe, completely from scratch with organic flour)! They were a big hit with the kids at school

I am not sure if my daughter will like t he mint. Can i just omit that part of the recipe or put regular chips

where do i get cream de menthe baking chips?
