Coffee Mate Catalina Update & My Shopping Trip to Stop & Shop

Coffee Mate Catalina Deal Update

First, I have to apologize, I had originally posted the Coffee Mate Catalina deal as being at ShopRite starting today, 4/16.  The deal is actually not at ShopRite but rather at Stop & Shop.  Megan did verify it today and the 16 oz are priced at $2.19 however this price may vary.

This is completely my mistake and I’m so sorry if you headed over to ShopRite to take advantage of it before I was able to put up an update.  However, there is an unintended benefit to this error although it’s to my benefit not yours (you can see below).  ;)

Here is the catalina info for Stop & Shop:

Nestle Coffee Mate Liquid Creamer, 16 oz or larger (excludes Natural Bliss)
4/16 – 5/13
Buy 2 Get a $1 Catalina
Buy 3 Get a $2 Catalina
Buy 4 Get a $4 Catalina

Sorry, just have to post, as this is something that has been very, very frustrating to me and is happening more and more.  And, I just had to say, ah ha caught you ;)

Personal note to other bloggers who continue to copy ShopRite posts from LRWC without giving proper credit. I’m afraid my suspicions have been confirmed with this deal which is a nice way of saying…You’ve Been Busted!  Coffee Mate Catalina Deal is NOT a valid deal at ShopRite, yet it is posted on your sites.  Going forward, if you get ShopRite information from LRWC, I hope you will do what is right and link to your source. Thank you ~Cindy

  • Copy-cats….LOL! Thanx for this info, we are in need of creamer….awesome! Thanx Cindy!

  • HAHA….Cindy, this post made me chuckle!! You go, girl!! :-) You are the best at what you do and you should get credit when credit is due! Thanks for all that you do!

  • What’s funny is the Krazy Coupon Lady DID credit LRWC when she first started posting SR matchups and then the credit disappeared and now you are no longer mentioned.

  • I love your updates and sense of humor and with all the work you put into your blog you deserve the credit!!!

  • Thank you Cindy! I did go to ShopRite this morning and bought 3. I paid $1.82 with coupons and did not receive a catalina. It’s o.k. – thought. $1.82 for 3 is a good deal and I don’t want to return them, cause the gas to the store would cost me!

  • Cindy–please, please, please tell me how you got the Kashi coupons days apart. I keep trying & it keeps saying ONLY ONE EACH MONTH. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have to have than one recyclebank account? We use much more than one box a month–and can’t get Catalina deals if we can only print once a month. HELP!!!!

    • They are printing 2 per day but you have to “buy” separate ones. And they only print after 24 hours. So if you bought and printed it at 4pm today you can’t print another one until after 4pm tomorrow.

      • Can you maybe explain the whole recyclebank thing? I don’t really understand it. Can you maybe post something about it one day? Thanks for all your help with money saving deals and tips.

    • bj— if you are talking about the coupons through recyclebank, my fiance and i both have our own account so we get at least 2 a month. another thing to note is that you do not have to print them right away. you can collect them in your account over the course of several months and then print them all out at once and go KaShI cRaZy!! :-p

  • I am sorry but WHY would anyone use another site if you shop at Shoprite??? You should brand this the OFFICAL SITE for Shoprite match-ups! Cindy ROCKS, and her support team all the way to BOGO! Those ‘other’ sites are no match! I know where to go when I want a deal, and if there is a typo oh well, we are all human… Keep doing what you are doing, those ‘other’ sites can only wish they had your followers :-)

    • *OFFICIAL

    • Cindy you Rock!!!! I went and did the coffee mate deal twice. So oop I spent $7 but received 2 $4 Catalina’s. I had different types of coupons as well from free , .75/1 and .55/1

    • So true! Cindy is seriously the best. When there is an issue with anything, I know that I can always depend on Cindy for an update or some kind of guidance. I just googled shoprite match ups to look at all these sites that I’ve never even looked at and SO MANY of them had this wrong information without credit. Some did credit, but most did not. That is very upsetting. I wish that there was something we could do :-( Cindy, you are handling this with class. Just know that copying is the sincerest form of flattery ;-)

  • Cindy,

Im in my 20s and couponing has been what I call ” a legal drug”. I never ever used to look for savings, my family and I just got what we needed when we needed and paid the price. Then I cracked the crazy world of couponing and im never going back.
My parents are stocked with everything they use and I didn’t pay full price for a thing.
Its so amazing the things I’ve been able to get for free.

Every day I wake up and first thing I do is check my phone and then go on your site to see what’s new( kinda sad, I know). You have helped me soo much! Literally not a
goes by that Im not telling someone about your wonderful site and how much work
    you put into it!
I refuse to use other bloggers as I don’t trust them. Also my mom saw Krazy Coupon on tv commercial and she made me watch it….her voice is so annoying that even if she was giving something away for free I wouldn’t want it if it meant I had to listen to her. And now that I see she’s been illegally copying this site…forget it! Ill never use her site.
Im turning all my friends to your site and ill never stop using this site or telling others about it.

Thank you so much for all you do Cindy! :)

    • Hi Sophie,

I really relate to your post, as I feel the same exact way and am also in my 20′s (25 on Saturday :( lol). I feel like couponing has transformed my life. I can’t believe I never did it before! I am not sure if you know about the website, swagbucks.com, but it has been a couponer’s dream! (Cindy, if you don’t use this site, I HIGHLY recommend). I encourage you to check it out if you do not have an account. You take surveys, polls, search, watch videos, etc and you get points for it. You redeem those points for prizes, i.e. giftcards. I usually always get the CVS giftcards (recently been redeeming for Amazon to buy stuff for my upcoming wedding).. but havin those CVS giftcards have helped me get everything I find on Cindy’s blog at CVS for 100% free! I have redeemed for about $250 in giftcards since Jan 2012. That, coupled with all of Cindy’s hard work, has really saved me hundreds of dollars. LOVE COUPONING!!

  • Krazy Coupon Lady****
sorry, I was so into writing the post I started missing words.

  • I should add I bought other stuff and paid $7oop

  • I agree! Cindy your site is the best and we have saved a ton of $$ at shoprite thanks to you and your hard work. Copycats shame on you – give credit where credit is due!

  • way to go Cindy! this is the only blog i use for Shoprite and NJ matchups and I really can’t believe others can’t just give credit where it’s due. Thanks for all your hard work in helping the rest of us keep up with deals!

  • You Rock Cindy! The way you and your family test the deals, it just adds a personal touch to everything. Its nice to know that someone as REAL as you is doing the deals and helping other to save some money. Thanks again for all your efforts!

  • OMG! Hahaha
I used to follow KCL but about 8 months ago, I had to decide to just follow 1 blog. I decided to stay with you Cindy because I love how you encourage responsible and sensible couponing. You encourage people to take brakes, to keep it simple and to let others benefit from couponing as well.
Two weeks ago, I decided to take a look at KCL again for target and toys r us toy deals and to my surprise, they had SR match ups. I did look for credit and did not see it because it just seemed strange for them to have these match-ups.
I just looked now and saw the coffee-mate Catalina deal.
I love to see the good in people and give them the benefit of the doubt, but seeing so many bloggers with this Catalina listed really makes it hard.

    • jocelyn alvarez |

I used to follow atleast 3 other blogs, but stopped and just stick with this one as well.. and everytime someone new asks about couponing I send them straight to this blog. I take a look at the other blogs sometimes but never religiously like I do with this one.

      • Was at a baby shower yesterday, and wrote down twice LRWC website for family members! I had 15 bags of Luvs Diapers and 6 refill packs of Pampers wipes. I spent about $55. I would have never been able to get this deal on my own without Cindy! I would have trucked my butt to Babies R Us and gotten something overpriced from the registry. Not anymore! All my gifts from now on are diapers/wipes. The Mother-to-Be was THRILLED!

  • Cindy, this is hilarious and you are hilarious! Serves them right! WAY TO GO! Keep up all your hard work, we need you (and appreciate it)!

  • How rude of them!
I always give credit when credit’s due!

  • That’s karma for you…copy catters!

  • Is this deal only at stop and shop or would it be at the giant stores in PA?

  • If you have coupons you might want to hold off until next week at Stop and Shop. Got the ad for next week and they have the Coffeemate on sale 3/$5. Will make the deal even better.

  • I went to Shoprite today first thing this morning and tried the coffemate deal. I am glad I saw this before I called the catalina company! It’s ok, only paid about 1.20 for 4 creamers! I REALLY can’t complain! I save SO MUCh with you Cindy! Thanks again for all you do!
It’s too bad these bloggers don’t have the class you do and do the right thing!

  • This site is the best. The only thing I sometimes go elsewhere for is if I need to trade (not too often). It would be great if there were forums here so people could set up trades or discuss couponing or a sale further. But still this is the best place for Jersey shoppers. No one can fault anyone for making a mistake. The important thing is owning up to a mistake, and Cindy did. Putting these matchups together is hard enough without moving to complicate it (anyone who’s lived anyone for a long time knows how hard it is to move years worth of stuff). As per other blogs citing LRWC without crediting it – that’s just plagarism, except since Cindy doesn’t own the information from the store ads that she uses in her matchups, I’m not sure there’s much she could do about it. Sometimes it’s just enough that other people know. I guess she could put a line every 30 or so lines that just says “Living Rich With Coupons” (a link). If someone just copies and pastes and never checks, the name would appear on the copier blog even if credit wasn’t given where credit is due. If it appeared often enough in the matchup, it would be a lot of editing for someone who copied but wanted people to think the work was their own.

  • Thanks for the match-up. I did the CoffeeMate deal tonight however I used the free coupon that came in the mail to buy the larger size. The coupon had a value up to $3.99 and the larger size was priced at maybe $3.49. So I got the free larger size and bought the 3 smaller size ($2.19) and got the $4 Catalina. Everything was free after coupons and Catalina. Thank you so much. I never realized that there were people out there using your info out there without giving you credit. That is terrible. I think you are the only one who does Shoprite matchups and I really, really appreciate that you do….

  • I have printed more coupons. Can I roll the coffemate catalina and receive coffeemate catalina again?
