  • What does it mean when it says product insert next to the coupon like next to the tampax??

  • Kelsey, that means that you can find the coupon inside of specially marked boxes of Tampax :)

    • Thank you!!

      • Your Welcome! Also, my sister-in-law got the larger box that read’s $9 in coupons inside and there was a $3/1 Tampax inside making them free after $1 ECB back. I can’t remember what the other 3 were :)

  • Freshen my memory: CVS. Yes or no on using 2 coupons for BOGO?

  • I bought the PF concealer, for 6.29 and it did NOT produce the $7 ecb (my store starts sales early). All the others printed fine. :(

    • I had same prob and told the cashier and she double checked the sale and gave me the $7 EB. Next time ask (you might even be able to explain what happened tomorrow and they will fix it)

    • I did not get the $7 EB either, for the concealer but the cashier was nice enough to print it for me when I showed her the ad that said any PF cosmetic.

    • I didn’t get the ECB either, and they wouldn’t print it for me. The manager said the product had to be at least $7. They then told me I couldn’t return it either because I used ECB to buy it. I left but came back and they finally gave me my money back on a gift card.

  • Thanks for the match-ups.

  • I was wondering where i can find the energizer coupons?

  • Is anyone else having trouble with getting follow up comments emailed to them? I used to get emails letting me know when there were new comments to a post but I don’t any more. Anybody else having this trouble? I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. : ( I really like that feature.

    • I had that problem also a few moths ago with hotmail…..i nver could figure out what happened i opened a gmail just for this site.

      • Hmmmm…hotmail is the email address I use. Any other hotmail users having this problem? I really miss getting new comments emailed to me. It made it a lot easier to stay “caught up” on all of your great comments! : )

    • Sebsa, I also noticed comments weren’t coming into my inbox. They started going into spam because I subscribed to so many posts!

    • I never get them. I don’t get my list when I have that emailed either.

  • Hi! I’m a little confused with the Dove Body wash price. It says $6.97 each but if you click for details on the CVS online circulair it’s says 2 for $6.97. I was wondering which one I should use when I do my shopping list? Thanks for the help

  • In my paper circular it says:
$6.97 Caress, Dove, Lever bar soap 6-8 pk, Dove Body Wash 18-24 oz or Cream Oil Lotion 13.5 oz
    $4.97 Dove Men+Care Body Wash
2/$6.97 Dove/Degree body mist, Ultimate, Ultra Clear. Adrenaline, Dove Men+Care deodorant
    3/$6.97 Dove Hair Care

So in other words you should go by the $6.97 that Cindy posted unless you plan on buying the Men’s Body Wash….I hope this helps

  • there is also a $1 off physicians formula (not sure of week insert already cut out) i noticed it was listed in transaction ideas :)

  • Could not find any energizer batteries for $1.49 – not even anything close to that price…bummer.

    • me too….. the cheapist batteries my cvs had was 9.99

    • I was a little upset about that. I was going to ask but kids started acting up so I just left. There was some for around 6.99 but that’s no wheres near the PSA 1.49.

      • I couldnt find the batteries either.. I asked the cashier and she looked at me like i was crazy.. I showed her the circular and she said pretty much she doesnt know about any 1.49 batteries and the only one they have were on the stand. .the cheapest one was 9.99 thats insane!!!

  • Can I use the $1/1 Energizer coupons from the Stop & Shop Spring Savings booklet at CVS? I assume it’s just another manufacturer coupon. From the past, I’ve used coupons with “redeemable at Walmart” with no problem at CVS.

  • i couldn’t find any hallmark cards that were only 1.49… they were either .99 and i couldn’t use the coupon, or they were 1.99 and i was hoping for a money maker…i thought i’d ask before i lost out on that one! lol

  • The Keebler Club cracker coupon is for 11 oz. or higher, while the packages on sale are 5.25 oz’.

  • Did a great job at CVS today – got the most ECBs ever – $30.99!! Started my trip off with a $5 off purchase coupon at the machine. Got the Blink Tears, Kotex, 4 Shouting Bubbles, Physicians Formula. the Cards (which rang up at 3 different prices) & the Clear Blue Easy Test.
Total I paid was $32.20 and I got back 30.99 in ECBs. So I spent only $1.21!!

  • If you still havethe $15 coupon from CVS for the Physician Fornula, this makes a great deal. Get the item for free plus get the $7ECB back. Also, found a .50 coupon for the Corn Flakes on the Kellogg’s website.

    • Where did you get the $15 coupons from?

      • It printed from the CVS coupon machine a little while ago. I used mine then, but I got a $3 off Physician’s Formula coupon from the machine this week, so it was still a moneymaker :)

  • Returning something when you paid for it with ECBs is a hassle because the computer system doesn’t allow it and they will have to do it as a return without a receipt and give you a gift card. I’m pretty sure that with the Physicians Formula that HQ will send down new tags to print if they haven’t already clearing up the discrepancy…that’s what they did last week with the Neosporin ECBs.
Also, I know we have it in our store, but not all stores got them, the sample pack from Always Radiant with the little purse has some great coupons in it and it’s only 1.99 and it’s a great place to put your “goodies” in.

  • I’m new to couponing and am wondering when a ECB item has a limit on it, can I do multiple transaction and get the ECB or will it only generate ECB for the first one?

    • Emily to get the ECB’s offered you can buy up to the limit all in one order and get the ECB’s for it. Say there is a limit of 4 for light bulbs and you get back 2 ECB’s for each light bulb purchased. You can buy all 4 at the same time and get the 8ECB’s back.

      Hope that helps.

      • Bear in mind that if you do it this way, you’ll have a single $8 ecb (using Elizabeth’s example). I prefer to do separate transactions because I don’t like having an ecb that large. I like to have small ecb values so I can play with them however I like…stack them together or use them individually. So sticking with Elizabeth’s example, over the course of the sale week, I might buy a total of 4 light bulbs but I am doing so in different transactions (and on different days…it is very convenient for me to go to cvs so I have this luxury) and then I have 4 $2 ecbs to play with. Just my .o2. : )

        • I do agree. I like being able to split them up smaller sometimes. Other times I like to go in and make my purchases on in one shot (like when I have lots of kids with me) and I use the large ones for those trips. It just depends on how you like to shop. Some people are more comfortable taking the time to make separate transactions and others are a one shot deal kinda person. Either way you still get the ECBs.

  • For the Hallmark deal, can I buy the .99 cent cards? Wouldn’t that make a better deal?

  • My flyer says the deal is on Amercian Greetings cards, not Hallmark cards.

    • Some regions have the deal on Hallmark cards, while others have the deal on American Greeting cards. There is a coupon on CVS.com for American Greeting cards, too.

  • The Blink Gel Tears were a $4 Money maker after coupon and ECB if you find the ones with the save $4 now coupon at CVS.

  • Was so excited to do the batteries/shaving cream deal but no batteries for 1.49 they had mostly Duracell and cvs brand and a little section of energizer but they didn’t have regular energizer all were fancy ones for 10.00:(

  • For the Hallmark cards, can I stack the $3/3 CVS coupon and the $2/3 coupon from Facebook?

    • I don’t think so, since the $3/3 coupon is a manf. coupon.

      • The $3/3 Hallmark that is from cvs.com (and I think some people were able to print it from coupons.com but I wasn’t able to) is a CVS coupon, not a manf.

However, I don’t know if you can stack it with the facebook Hallmark coupon because that one doesn’t say that it is a manf coupon, but it does say that you can use it at other retailers besides an actual Hallmark store. My guess is that is a YMMV situation.

I would think you could stack the RIB Hallmark coupon (B3G1) because it does say manf coupon with the $3/3 cvs coupon…but I haven’t tried this so don’t know for sure.

        • The $2/3 FB hallmark coupon has the 2 bar codes on it. The one that says “All retailers” is the man. coupon.

  • I just used my BOGO free Biore coupon and it took $9.00 off, that’s higher than the $8.49 presale price. I don’t know why but I’m not complaining. I did this
    1 Biore Cleanser $6.00
    1 Biore Pore strips $6.00
    1 John Freida conditioner $6.00
    Total $18.00
    Used
    BOGO Biore $9.00
    $2.00/1 Biore CVS Machine coupon
    $2.00/1 John Frieda
    Paid $5.00 + Tax
    received $5.00 ECB

    • I was able to get a full $9.00 off on the Biore too! I also used the B1G1 Head and Sholders and each took off $5.99 to so after Ecb and those it was only 0.67 each or 2.68 for the four!

  • The magic coupon machine gave me a coupon for $3.00 off Physicians Formula! Woot!

  • What does PSA mean? like next to the batteries…

  • Hello Everyone!

I need some help doing some transactions for the Biore. Can I do this and get (2) $5 ECBs?

    Trans:#1
    1 biore strips
    1 biore cleanser
    Use (1) BOGO biore coupon
    total : $12
    Out of pocket $6

    Trans : #2
    (2) biore strips
    (2) biore cleanser
    total : $24
    (2) BOGO coupons biore
    Out of pocket :$12

    and get back (2) $5

    THANKS IN ADVANCE :)

    • I think technically the Biore deal is limit 1, but I have heard that some people were able to do it more than once. You might want to break up your second transaction to make sure that you are able to get the ecbs again and if so, then do a third transaction. Also, some people received $9 off when they used the BOGO coupon, which would lower your OOP. So don’t be surprised if that happens. However, that did not happen to me…my cashier adjusted the value down to the purchase price when I did the deal. Also, some bottles of cleanser have $1 off peelies on them, and you can stack that with your BOGO if you buy one of those bottles. And, the magic coupon machine was printing out $2 Biore coupons which you could stack with both the peelie and the BOGO. Whew! Good luck! : )

  • Belvita on sale for $2.50. Look out for $1/1 Belvita CVS coupon from the Red coupon machine + $1/1 Belvita manu. coupon in SS 2/26.

  • I can’t find the Finesse coupons..are they only in certain areas or something?

  • where exactly is the hallmark coupon on their facebook page?

  • I had a great trip to CVS today. I got the $3 off Physician’s Formula from the coupon machine. I could not find any with peelies, so I figured I would just try with the lowest priced item. I found concealer for $6.29. I got the Tampax and used the $2 coupons from the last box. My total was .30 (I had $5 ECB from the Goody deal last week.) The great news is that the $7 ECB printed without a problem.
And that was just transaction # 1. I spend about $7 total and also got Biore, U by Kotex, two Glade items, Scrubbing bubbles, Shout and two gallons of milk. In a supermarket I could have spend that much just on milk. I left with $4 ECB.
I would have done better, but the Blink Tears were out of stock. Also, I gave up on the Hallmark cards. I couldn’t find any for $1.49. One of the employees was re-stocking the cards and she said the cards are .99 or 1.99, but none are 1.49.

  • I went to CVS last nite to get the $3 Hallmark deal, but the ECB didn’t print out. I noticed on my receipt that only 1 card qualified towards the deal.

What gives? I bought 3 Hallmark cards, but I noticed that 2 of them were “Dayspring for Hallmark” is that not the same thing?

  • The Revlon deal says you can do it 6 times. Do you have to do that in different transactions, or can I purchase $20 worth of Revlon in one transaction and get $8 ECB ($4 for each)?

    • Note: I got a $5 off Revlon cosmetics coupon that printed off my receipt the last time. This makes this a great deal for me. :)

  • I found graduation money-holder cards for 1.49 at my CVS. I was able to use both the $2/3 facebook coupon and the $3/3 cvs coupon, no problem. This made for a great money maker after coupons and ECB!

  • Physicians Formula: Look for the eyeliner pens with a “Try for Free” rebate tag. They cost about $11, you get the $7 ECB plus send in for the rebate and it is a huge money maker.

  • I found the $2/3 Hallmark Facebook coupon!!! It’s on the “Hallmark Tell Them” Facebook page not the Hallmark facebook page. I “liked” the wrong page at 1st, but then Googled for the coupon and found it.

  • For the Loreal Deal. I think it’s spend $25 get $10 back. Is it based on reg price or sale price. Mascara I use is reg $8.49 but on sale for $5.99. So would I need to buy 3 or 4?

    • It goes off the sale price so you will need to purchase 4.

    • In case no one knows the answer to this, you could try just buying one and seeing what your accrual amount is under the L’Oreal deal on your receipt. Since you don’t have to reach the $25 amount in one transaction, that might be a way to test it out. And remember to register for the Beauty Club before you do your purchase (if you haven’t already)!
