  • Thanks for the match-ups.

  • Thank you Cindy! U r the best!!!!

  • Hey Cindy, am I the only one getting unlimited Cottonelle container? It seems that I’m getting $1.99 back in ECBs when I buy them one at a time. There’s no limit at the bottom of my receipt. It keeps saying quantity needed to earn reward: 1, over and over again. I wonder if this is a glitch like the Schick shaving gels earlier this year.

    • Hmm, I haven’t heard. Maybe others can let us know. I didn’t do the deal so I don’t know myself.

      • Confirmed! I got 3 today, each transaction printed a $1.99 ECB! You’re right that the bottom of the receipt kept stating I needed 1 more to earn reward each time. I’m going to get something else next week and see if it appears again. Hopefully, it won’t reset. I won’t go crazy on this because I want others to enjoy this too.

      • I was only able to do the deal 4 times… then it said I reached my limit.

      • I got 4 and my receipt says limit reached.

      • I thought it was strange that I was able to do it twice even though the display showed “limit 1 per household”. I guess I’ll get a couple more. Thank you!!!

  • Thanks for the match ups!

  • Why for transaction 2 does it list “pay” two times with two different amounts?

  • I haven’t been able to find the cottonelle container at any CVS. Has anyone been having g this problem?

    • They were located in the same aisle as the toilet paper with a separate display. Sometimes they’ll move it to an endcap. I didn’t see many left in my area. I guess the word is out.

    • They were a special stand alone display near the diapers at my local CVS. Full too.

    • none at my stores either…or the first aid kits that they were giving with the j&j purchase last week…the manager told me he’d know if something like that was available it must have been online only.

  • thanks

  • Will the BOGO coupon for Speed Stick attach to both items so that I can’t use another coupon? I’ve had disasters in the past. Plus, I grabbed a few $1/1 Speed Stick coupons from the Beauty desk at CVS so it would be an even better deal.

Thanks for the match-ups, Cindy! I’m planning on hitting the Dawn, my stock is rather low!

  • The magic coupon machine is giving out $1 on any deodorant and $1 on any toothpaste- makes this weeks Colgate and Speedstick a lot sweeter!

  • Question to CVSers-CVS has been charging $1.99 for the Starbucks Refreshers. Does it make more sense to buy it at WAGS this week where they are charging 1.49 -use the FREE coupon in today’s Pepsi Moments insert or go to CVS and use the FREE coupon and rack up ECB quarterly cash back?

  • Am I the only one not getting the colgate coupons in my SS

    • I get the New York Post and the New York Daily News every Sumday and never get Colgate coupons.

    • They were in a separate insert with the other 4/29 inserts. It was a Hispanic Marketing/Advertising insert. Everyone is referring to it as SS, though it does not state “SmartSource” on the cover. If you still have the paper, check again through all of the inserts. It’s thin, but has good coupons. HTH!

  • Do the $1 toothpaste and deodorant coupon require a previous purchase to get? Otherwise, how do you get these?

    • Grant, these coupons are printing when you scan your card at the Red Coupon machine

      • Grant- these coupons did not print for me.

        • Thanks Michelle and Lauren,
I’m new to this and had no idea there was a coupon machine. Lauren, I noticed these printed out for other people because they left unwanted coupons next to the machine. It didn’t print out for me either and I don’t know if you can use other people’s printouts.

          • Hi Grant, I WISH we could use other people’s printouts I find them everywhere but, we cannot. They are linked to each specific card. I tried it once to see if it would go through and got a lecture from the cashier, whoops! Make sure you register at CVS.com so you can get the most value and rewards out of your card.

  • My CVS has the skinny cow singles on sale B2G1. I got a BOGO coupon in today’s paper. Does this mean I will only have to pay for one? And does anyone know how much they are?

    • I’d like to know as well what happens when a BOGO coupon is applied to a B2G1 sale. I would assume the same as Karen – that only one would have to be paid for.

  • Why cant you use 2 coupons for the 2 patene products (BOGO and the 1$ off)?

    • Because the $1 Q is $1/2 which will attach to both items. You can’t use 2 coupons on the same item unless it’s a manf & a store Q. If it was $1/1 you could use both depending on the coding of the B1G1.

  • I am confused on the Skinny Cow deal too. According to another coupon site you can use 3 B1G1 coupons. How can you use the B1G1 on the item you are already getting free? Thanks!

  • Am I missing something with the Speed Stick deal? I come up with $.88 ea or $1.75 for 2.

  • Check your math on the speed stick, 2.50 – .75 = 1.75 Divided by 2 is .88 cents not .25 cents

    • I wish I could remember which post I read this on, I think it was under CVS New BOGO coupon policy. A reader explained the math very well. Anyway, some CVS stores will deduct the full price of the product with the BOGO coupon. So it will not divide by two. It will take the sum of the two sale prices and deduct one full price product. From there the second coupon price will be deducted. The end amount is quite smaller than planned, great for anyone who has a CVS that does not “adjust down” the coupon. Hope that helps.
Whenever I do a BOGO at CVS I make sure I go to the store that lets the coupon go through deducting the full amount. Good Luck!

      • Laura D. thanks, I did not know this, so since you wrote this I went out and bought the pantene, they actually ended up both free, here is my math:

        2 at 3.49 each = 6.98 I used the BOGO which took off 4.99 and the $1 on 2
for a total OOP .99 cents and got a $1 ECB. So both free!

Thanks so much, I will get the Speed stick on my next trip. I am still “In Learning”, and thanks to the readers on this site its getting easier.

        • Nice deal Mary, thanks for posting it! I will do your Pantene deal and donate the shampoo, I have plenty in my stockpile, hopefully I have those coupons. You were lucky to find a CVS that doesn’t reduce the coupon, it took me a few tries before I found one.

          • Mary, do you remember where you got the $1/2 coupon? TIA!

            • Thanks Laura! I was wondering what I was missing LOL! I think Mary might have used the $1/2 from 4/1 PG which expired yesterday (4/30)…bummer since I was going to do that deal too.
