Question..I tried to use the razor coupon before,they wouldnt take it because the coupon was more than the item on sale…what does the policy mean when it says a purchase reqired? I’m confused
I use to work at Family Dollar… the coupon policy states that: “Coupons can be redeemed if the value of the coupon is greater than the price of the item. In this case, the value of the coupon will be discounted to match the price of the item.” I would print your policy and bring it in they will manually have to adjust the coupon. Also a filler will not work due to the fact that Family Dollar systems only take the coupon off the product itself not the total and does not allow for any overages. Also the part you are referring to is for a “free” coupon they do not take a “free product coupon” that doesn’t require a purchase. I believe that should help.
