I think I will pass on this one. I’m still aggrevated about missing out on last weeks deals at Walgreens (children’s toothpaste, Nasalease, Pepsi 20oz.) because each time I went to 3 different Walgreens multiple times during the week they were all out of those items. Does anyone know whether Walgreens will give rainchecks if they are out of items so i know for future reference when this happens again?
Yes, I got one for the Nasalease. They will write down the sale price and the RR.
Yes, ALWAYS ask for a raincheck!!!! I even got one for the $1 per dozen white eggs that they had before Easter. I got them this week when they came back in stock, and I took them to the Salvation Army here which does meals at lunch and dinner (I am an egg snob — only eat brown ones).
yes they do! i don’t know about RR but for this case is a good idea to get rainchecks and they never expire
I was told that I could not get a raincheck for the Nasalease because it was a RR item. Not sure if each store has their own policy or not. It is very frustrating when you make the drive to multiple stores only to find out that they are all out of stock. It’s best to find out when they get their shipments in, that’s how I finally lucked out and grabbed the Nasalease and Aquafresh kids toothpaste.
they do rain checks, but limited on quantity so may have to do multiple trips for them as well. my walgreens only gives 1 per customer. Also, you do not get the reg rewards..just sale price.
We have 2 WAGS in our town, and 1 gives you a raincheck w/RR listed, and the other one gives you a GIFT CARD for the RR amount, and a raincheck… I like that one…LOL
